Great location Close proximity to great restaurants and a view to one of the main streets in Palermo Room was quaint after we managed to follow Incorrect instructions ( instructions were in Italian and read by one fluent in same) and were finally met by the owner who suggested one of the best restaurants for gnocchetti we ate Unfortunately we were not instructed in the use of the coffee machine and had to ring when it flooded everywhere Breakfast was also very disappointing No fresh fruits small goods and very limited savoury options were available even after a request was made for them Most of the available options were already prepackaged and required little or no preparation We were also instructed not to use our portable clothes line in favour of one provided with few pegs ..as they could not close the window whilst we had our line on it We had not been told that when we arrived

This B&B is an apar**ent in a 6- or 8-story building. When you book a room, you are booking a bedroom within this apar**ent. We had a room with a bathroom in the room but I don't think all have that. The room is very small and there is not a lot of storage solutions so we didn't have enough space to unpack both of our suitcases. The bathroom is also tiny, you can definitely see through the opaque door, and the water temperature during the shower varied. We had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard and there is a balcony in the dining room that has a view of the city. The breakfast was lots of various pastries that were available throughout our stay and a few fresh ones were brought in each morning. The location is pretty convenient, about 15-20 minute walk to most points of interest. Toni was very helpful and quick to respond.

MUST READ!!! I am an experienced traveler, I have been to many countries of Eastern Europe, Western Europe and Asia. I saw many countries, cities and hotels. But such a hotel ..... I have never seen in my life!!! And unfortunately it's not in the good sense of the word The deception of you begins with the Booking website, or any site for finding accommodation. The description contains beautiful, bright photos, it is indicated that there is a "sea view", a balcony, and most importantly, when you set the filter in the Booking application, this place will be in the "show only hotels" category I can only call it a hotel in a nigh**are. That was my stay there. 1) You enter the "hotel" through the doors of an apar**ent building, there is no reception, no one meets you, and you can't speak English with anyone. Because the people you meet are just residents of the house who don't know about you. Looking around, you will see huge piles of garbage near the house, as well as a persistent smell of urine. 2) When you finally find out and take the elevator to the "hotel" you will be met by a keybox and old wooden door. After entering you will find yourself in an apar**ent in which different people live, absolutely strangers to you. But soon they will become "very close people" to you, and do you think this is because you want to? No! That's because the door to your room is as thin as cardboard! 3) Unfortunately, hiding behind that thin door won't make you feel any better. Firstly, because it is dirty - around the doorknob there is a huge stain from the dirt of the hands of hundreds of people who lived here before you. I will attach a photo. 4) Of course, you will want to wash your hands or take a shower after such dirt. But even here a surprise awaits you - the bath is less than 1 meter in size, it is convenient only for a child to enter, an adult will not be able to enter and close the door behind him. But this is not the worst! I found a human hair on the shower faucet! Want to take shower with random people's hair? You in this hotel! 5) But the bathroom has a window! Do you think there is a sea view from there? How naive you are! Garbage view is your choice! You will get the same view from the window of your room. Do you know what the owner said? He said that if you can see the sea from another room, then it is considered that the apar**ent has a sea view. I will know now. When I go to another hotel and they have a sea view from the staff toilet, I will assume that I have a sea view. I will also attach a photo. I also forgot to mention the gray towels, the smell of dampness in the room, and the old air conditioner, which turned yellow from how old it is. And all this for 550 euros, for the 5 days that I had to live there. Of course, I only stayed there for one night. And only because I was on the road for 12 hours and I had two flights. When I wrote to the owner on WhatsApp that I was moving out tomorrow, I received only an ignore. He never answered
