The hotel is not 4 stars, you need to think more on 2 star level. No digital keycards, the bedrooms are 2 single beds together, there is no option for a single large bed (even though reservation was misleading). Wifi almost doesn't exist in room, Gym doesn't have water and other small details that make it far apart of 4 star treatment. The positives are the bathroom and room cleanse. The breakfast is OK with some pastry variety but simple in others (for example there is only machine juice, nothing fresh like orange)

Quite far from the Centre. No towels when checked in. No WiFi at all. Reception wasn’t interested in helping Or explaining why no WiFi. Old hotel. Certainly not a 4 star.

Great location by the sea if you are looking to see palermos true culture! Lovely room with a view of the ocean and walking distance to restaurants even for a late night dinner. Near the Park of Parrots, and a 10 min taxi ride away from central Palermo which i recommend you visit.

For the price this is a 7 star hotel. excellent - recommend to everyone

Good hotel in Palermo, rooms are old but clean. Friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Swimming pool only open from June to August. Average hotel. The view from the 14th floor is beautiful.

There are no dishes in the room except for two paper cups.:( We asked for two cups, but they gave us plastic ones. This is strange, because the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. Breakfasts are delicious. The location is a bit far from the center and in a rather dirty area, but there is a beach nearby (albeit very dirty) and a nice tourist promenade with cool restaurants for dinner. The cleanliness does not correspond to 4*, the rooms are very old.

This is a review aimed at warning those who use this site and those who visit this hotel. I had a terrible experience with the management of my request, I had made a normal reservation with free cancellation up to about 4 days before the day of stay. Well... I know that by calling 2 days later (due to illness of 2 members of my family) it wasn't a given that they would accept the cancellation and refund. But what I didn't like was the behavior, that is, they very kindly accepted the cancellation without actually completing it. Furthermore, the trip staff was also very kind and gave me several deadlines in which they would respond to me, but in vain. Result, from December 29th (date of communication of not being able to stay overnight) we are on January 6th without any response. For me, money wasn't important enough to write this review, it was much more important if they had told me "sorry we can't cancel" and not only the hotel but also the site!

Excellent stay, room with a wonderful sea view, abundant breakfast, very professional receptionist service, excellent price. At the end of my stay I paid only 4€ of taxes in total for 2 people.

Hotel in a position outside the city center where there is a ZTL, convenient for those traveling by car. Equipped with several services, the swimming pool on the 14th floor and the adjoining restaurant are beautiful. Breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality, wide choice of sweet and savory. Furnishings of the rooms a bit dated to be modernized, excellent cleaning service, gym, bar, car park and large open spaces.

The hotel is fine, however the location is terrible, it is a somewhat dangerous area of ​​Palermo and not highly recommended for walking at night.

Unfortunately it wasn't very good. As they say first impressions last, the reception was disastrous. Points positifs: very clean room and breakfast. Negative points: *reception, I went to check in, I was trying to understand her, another one came screaming if it was "one or two people", I'm an engineer, not deaf. * The room was very hot, Palermo is a coastal city, I went to tell the reception that the air conditioning wasn't working, she said it really wasn't on, they won't turn it on until next week... I thought it was very strange. Note: There was no fan in the room. *Swimming pool: the hotel has a swimming pool, but it doesn't work, it wasn't open and it was dirty. *Location: the place where the hotel is located did not seem very safe and very dirty. For these points I give only one star. I hope they can hire better prepared people to welcome guests.
