Desde la entrada super accesibles, no nos hicieron esperar con nuestra reserva, inmediatamente nos dieron la habitación, limpieza 10 atención 10. Hugo muy amable y servicial con nuestro equipaje. Cabe mencionar que en la habitación hay espacio con escritorio para trabajar y cafetera buen detalle.

Clean, the internet is of very poor quality which makes it difficult to travel work-business (can't work online in rooms), the building has no sound isolation despite being found on main street (it's noisy) what doesn't make it a good place to rest, bed and whites very well, has problems with the sealing of xq finishes in a third floor a charchette appeared inside the room (I don't know if it was running from the bath or outer rain). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Sin duda la atención y disponibilidad del staff es muy amable de todos ellos, principalmente la recepcionista tuvo una excelente atención con nosotros y el botones. Lo malo es la incomodidad en sus colchones y el ruido que hace el staff desde las 8 am en los pasillos. Platicas personales y ruido al mover el carrito de la camarista. Por otro lado fue imposible reservar a través de Internet, tuvimos que llegar para verificar disponibilidad con el riesgo a que no hubiera habitaciones disponibles. Se trata de un hotel justo en el centro sin duda su fortaleza más grande.

The service from the hotel staff is 5-stars… really happy with them Coupe of warnings… not the hotel fault, but maybe something can be done. - room 101 is right in front of the plaza facing the clock, excelente view, but the room needs to be More soundproof as the plaza clock every 30min rings loudly… even in the bathroom you can hear the clock rings for a couple of seconds - hotel Emily is the sister hotel across the plaza, that’s where most of the amenities such as restaurant and fitness center is located at. Tripadvisor should amend some of the information regarding this hotel

Saturday night front desk hostess was amazing. Didn't expect that level of service at a Camino Real. She saw my wife was pregnant and struggling while walking on heels ( we we returning from a wedding party ). She immediately found some slippers and gave them to us. Also I asked to purchase extra bottles of water and she gave them to us for free. Little unexpected details that went s long way. Thanks a lot.
