Very good location to everywhere . 2 stops tram from main station. Walking to shopping street nearby. Clean hotel and the staff very friendly. Good breakfast also.

Very clean and facility is great! But the human services are very bad. The front desk people don’t know how to serve. When checking in, they only hand you the room key and they don’t tell you where to park, where to unload your luggage, how to connect Wi-Fi, and where to find things in the hotel.

Overall the environment is cozy enough but there’s some issues like the room had not be cleaned properly and there few items within the room is broken

I spent a night at Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station Oslo, and while it's a no-frills accommodation, it's worth mentioning its cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. The heated bathroom floor was a pleasant surprise, providing an extra touch of comfort. Since it's a straightforward hotel, there's not much to elaborate on, but for a one-night stay, it served its purpose well. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with friendly and polite staff readily available to assist if needed

You need to ask for towels. Elevators jump and can take only three or four people at a time when the main guest block is folks on a tour bus. Worst breakfast in Norway - low variety of food and overcrowded. The staff seem uninterested in resupplying breakfast but I hardly blame them as the bus crowd filled their bags with food for lunch. Saw one guy fill a plastic container with meat cheese and eggs while grabbing half a loaf of bread for his backpack. The staff watched as he did this then did not replenish the items. Coffee cups so small everyone takes 2 or 3 and plates also super small. Good location but understaffed and staff uninterested. Suggestion - raise the price a bit and attract better staff and serve a better breakfast.

The hotel is very warm and the front desk is very good. fully equipped. The breakfast is particularly delicious. It is all like to eat. It is not too far from the station to walk. Overall it is very convenient.

Super location. Right next to oslo city mall and central station and all transport and entertainment food options. This is a modern hotel (or very thoroughly renovated). Entrance was very busy or maybe because I was there at around 2 pm. Very nice looking lobby with lots of seating spaces and good vibes. An Andy Warhol is a. Ice touch. Check in was smooth but room was not ready so I kept my bags in their bag room. It was ready when I came back at around 240. Elevator is a combination of using your card and entering your floor on a touch screen so don’t just hop in with someone else. Room was really modern, hip and user friendly. Smart tv, lots of storage spaces and big bathroom. The view was of the inner courtyard so not much. Bed was very comfortable and really overall liked the room a lot. Depending on your room number it could be a bit of a walk from the elevator so keep that in mind. I tried out the basement level which had sauna, pool, gym. Gym looked good but didn’t use and the sauna was very nice. The pool is round, very small and about the only negative of the hotel. Forget laps, you can sort of float around but even that becomes a problem if 2 or 3 people are in there. I wanted to see the views from the top so went to their restaurant and must say had a wonderful time. I wrote a separate review on Norda but suffice to say it was well worth the visit just for the views alone and the food was very good as well. Finally the breakfast was something else. Honestly I doubt if anyone can try out all the dishes as there are so many. Quality stuff I must add, different types of salmon, avocado halves(!) and what not. Really something to behold. Overall though definitely not cheap, I really liked the modern aesthetic, the prime location and excellent room facilities and the breakfast and Norda were just icing on the cake.

The room on the 2 nd floor was strangely spacy, unpleasant, not clean. The bathroom also very strange, big but ...never more. The dinner at the upper restaurant had one positive: a nice view at the city.The pork ribbes heavily ”workable” by fork and knife,we had to eat with fingers!? So,the best at the end: the breakfast buffet was rich, the breakfast room quite pleasant. Conclusion: not satisfied and never come again
