First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

Stayed in a two room suite which had lots of space. Suite was well-maintained and had all the things you would need for a lengthy stay.huge bathrooms!! Ordered room service a couple of times and did not find the food to be of good quality. So that was disappointing. However, would return to this location as it is close to Disney resorts and suited most of our needs. Nice pool area as well

The property was nice. The rooms could have been cleaned a little better. The Wilson was nice and the bartenders and severs were great. The check in was quick and easy they were also very nice. My only complaint is that the rooms were not very clean.

Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to be make customers feel bad. I never speak to anyone without a smile but really these people were just so unfriendly. One exception: house cleaning and bar staff were excellent and professional.

Overall this property was good. We will definitely return. They offer a great happy hour and the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. It being a small property they offer a lot. Only thing is they didn’t honor the silver member discounts, but could have been the attendant at check in who was unaware.

Great location, great space, cute little space with amenties. Nice enough to relax away from the parks and not so grand as to feel bad that you're letting "go to waste" while at the parks.

Great place! Super friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Quiet and convenient. Parking leaves a little to be desired but that’s really being overly picky. Highly recommended. Especially for the price.

They have extra “facility fees” on check in. If you booked through ******* it’ll take you right back up to their normal rate or higher. You are not saving money here, so if you’re planning a specific budget, go elsewhere. Just book through Disney and you’ll pay the same with a cuter room and softer bed and better pool.
