First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

We stayed for 6 nights. The waiter did not come to clean us and change the sheets and towels every day. I told the front desk that I had not changed it for 2 days. I had to change the waiter. When we went out to return to the hotel at night, we still didn't change it. We went to get clean ourselves. Change. Breakfast has energy bars and juice machines. It feels like there is no breakfast. We all go out to find food by ourselves. The advantage is that there are many Chinese restaurants within a few minutes walk near the hotel, there are also McDonald's and many gourmet cars. There is a park opposite to play some motorized games such as Ferris wheels. If only there were showers and more clothes and towels hooks in the bath.

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.

The hotel is not far from Disney World, there is a Disneyland line car, surrounded by 711, McDonald's, various gift shops, major theme park ticket sales stores ... enough convenience! The hotel's rooms are suites, and the two-room apartment has four queen beds for easy access to two families and six people. Although the breakfast is small, it tastes great and the price is very good. The hotel's homemade pizza is super delicious! There is a swimming pool with enough atmosphere in the hotel. Parking lot!

The accommodation fee does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant at the door where you can buy three meals at any time to buy at any time. There are several stations at the door with free shuttlebus to different Disney theme parks. Every day before 10:00 am, it is basically 5-10 minutes, but I don’t know if the location of the room I got on Ctrip is quite partial, but it doesn’t matter. However, although the location is biased, because the room layout is the same standardization, it is the same regardless of the location of the room. The only thing is that Ctrip's room is booked through a local agent in the United States, so if you want to take the hotel's free shuttlebus back to the hotel via Ctrip's room, be sure to let Ctrip find your flight number information in the guest information. A local American agent told the Disney Hotel. I once called the hotel directly and wanted to make an appointment in advance to get off the shuttlebus from Orlando Airport and go to the hotel. However, the hotel informed that because it is a room booked by Chinese travel agent, the shuttle bus is not accepted by the customer and must be booked through the hotel agent. However, this agent can only contact through Ctrip, and there is no way to contact him. Just for this appointment shuttlebus, I made a lot of calls to Ctrip before and after, and I haven't confirmed it all the time. Because of the time difference, our day is the night in the US, we go to work, and wait for the reply to be the next day. And the reply that was received the next day was ”there is no reply from the agent at the moment”, and it has been repeated several times. It is about 20 days later, and finally received a confirmation slip for booking shuttlebus, so This must be noted when booking.

My daughter and I needed a bit of decompressing after helping a friend move. We decided Kissimmee was just what we needed. This hotel is a Good Neighbor hotel of Walt Disney World. We have stayed in a lot of Comfort Suites and this now is our favorite. It has a deluxe hot breakfast, including Mickey waffles. The pool is open 24 hours and the proximity to Old Town is a plus. I would 100% stay here again.

In addition to the breakfast is quite rich, the other is really too general, the front desk's brother accent is very strange, the room is not soundproof, the name is very magic, in fact, it is still a common motel in the United States, and children are only because there are some simple children's play Facilities only

We use the Southwest Travel Network, which is really good! Book hotels, taxis, air tickets and Disney tickets on this website, each of which is cheaper. There can be some subsidies for staying in Disney hotels, for example: transportation equipment can have a free parking space in any place. We bought a ticket for Disney's Bounce, so we were allowed to visit one more park every day. It turned out to be a great idea. Because we saw the parade and fireworks show in the magic park at night. We also went to the Kennedy Recreation Center which was amazing!

First of all, let me say we were blessed to have shelter and food during Hurricane Ian. There was a mandatory evacuation for us living on the water in Pinellas county. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Oneeph at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us find the hotel ( we had been driving for 5 hours and got lost in Kissimmee). He helped us with our luggage and was a very friendly face in a stressful time. Very helpful and professional The hotel is older and could use a bit of renovation. Several things did not work in our room and I had to spend a lot of time with staff to get everything working. During the storm, our room, the elevators, and the first floor all had water coming in. We were on the 5th floor. Windows and doors should be upgraded. They gave us another room and it was fine. Difficut times difficult situation but we all got thru it. Thank you.
