The room is relatively small for 2 people but I wouldn’t say it’s too small. It’s enough if you didn’t have too many luggages. The onsen(hot spring) is artificial but surprisingly nice. You can feel your skin become smoother after the bath. They have a pillow bar if the regular one doen’t suit you which is surprisingly thoughtful. They have basically all kinds of amenity such as curling iron or razors etc. Nice location. They even have a washing machine in the lady’s changing room for female only. Nice experience. The hot spring is definitely worth the price.

The building is still being renovated. Breakfast in the morning is about RMB 68 per person. The food is OK, but I always feel that it is not a good deal. It is better to go to the convenience store. I stayed here on a business trip. It's convenient, about 2 minutes from Exit 12 of Yodoyabashi Station, and about 10 minutes from the station ticket gate. FamilyMart is next door, and a supermarket and Tully's are right in front of Exit 12. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is not included, but a buffet is available for an additional fee. There was a microwave, coin laundry, and free coffee service that was decaffeinated. The room is clean. It was nice to have a large public bath.

It was a little hard to find because I got there from Higobashi Station, but the service was better than that of a regular business hotel, including coffee and hot springs, and it was comfortable.
