5 start hotel in Osaka, thumbs up to thier breakfast 5 star, great selections of good quality produce, down side is amenities is not up to expectations, Nespresso machine was not working ( finally got replacement thanks, try to extend: delay our check it but quickly got refused and said room taken - when next check in is actually 3pm

It is a bad experience, some drunker keep knocking the door, we try to get help from the receptionist, unfortunately no one come until long long time ago, not helpful at all

Very nice room with a breathtaking view. we stayed on the 26th floor. good location, very close to osaka station. good service. clean. I have no compalints. will stay here again if come visit osaka.

I am really enjoyed during my one night stay in this hotel and the after service is really amazing and get really amazed by their service. I have left something in the hotel and they handled the lost good in a extraordinary way with sending message and updating with me once they have sent the item back to me.

The sanitation is very poor. There are two big bugs in the room, one in the bathroom and one on the bed. After telling the waiter, no measures were taken. The language communication is not good. There is no Chinese person to communicate with or serve in Chinese for four nights. The experience is very bad! The location is also awkward. You still have to take a taxi to go anywhere. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to your hometown. It is more convenient to take a taxi. In this case, it is almost the same to stay in other hotels.
