Nice and friendly stuff. We checked in a bit earlier due to bissines, it was mid October so pools were empty and quite cold (heated one would do wonders). Service was good, meals were ok, different food not breakfast and I'm dinner. Not the prime restaurant but diverse menu. Also they gave us flexible check out because it was they final weekend of working. Rooms are clean, enough space and bigger bathroom. with balcony.

Pros of this hotel, the fact that you can use a lot of the water sports, mini golf etc free of charge if you prefer book, and the views. Cons where doni start if you are English and staying in this hotel do not expect the same service as Germans who mainly stay in this hotel, some of the staff are rude, and actually very disrespectful towards women! The rooms are tiny we had a double room with and extra bed ( if that's what you can call it) our room had handprints all-over the walls, hooks falling off the walls and dirty carpets, the toilet you had to flush 3/4 timecard ceilings coming away outside the room! The pool areas are far too small for the amount of guests in this hotel and pools became very crowded and the sun beds are practically on top of each other. Food was awful very receptive and tasteless, we had to eat out most nights. The entertainment is absolute rubbish, with house bands which most the time was in German, most the shows are put on down by the water on the stage, but when you pay all inclusive you don't expect to have to go out to watch the entertainment and incur further costs for drinks etc! The beatles tribute band and the fireworks night however is worth a watch.

I read the reviews before I came and the negatives are true, the food options are very repetitive, with lunch/dinner very similar, with little change throughout the week we were there. What was there was not really to our taste and the local coke or “cola” was pretty horrible. Getting a sun lounger was a challenge unless you saved one pre breakfast and not helped by people holding up to 6 and then not using them all day! What the recent reviews I read didn’t really cover though were the positives. The hotel is clean and the location is great. A very short walk to a beautiful bay and options to walk along the coast. Porec is a cycle ride away (free use of bikes for one trip) or there are boat or train options too. The free sports options are also great for keeping kids interested in sport entertained, There is a fairly large sports setup immediately outside the hotel which can be used free of charge, based on some limits I.e you get either 2 hours free per activity (per week or stay I am not sure) or 2 times 1 hours and that includes a quality Tennis club, and the less quality table tennis, crazy golf, bikes (3 hours), kayaking, pedalos, squash, bocce. It’s also within walking distance to a good waterpark and a good location for day trips to Venice or Pula. We didn’t see much of the entertainment, but there was a good Beatles tribute band one night followed by fireworks while we were there. When I booked the hotel it was one of the cheaper option and overall it worked really well for us. I would recommend the hotel, however, would warn people to have low expectations on the food front in particular.

The hotel is basic, double rooms are small. The restaurant food is plentiful but predictable. After a few days you will be wanting to pay and eat out. There is no beach. There are grass/dirt banks and overcrowded stone levels that lead into a rocky seabed. The water is beautiful, clean and clear. Porec is not in walking distance, but there is a half hourly shuttle road train for 5 € each way, or an hourly sea ferry, also 5€. If you are English then you will be in the minority, hardly any. All entertainment is in either Croatian, German or Italian. Evening entertainment is sp**** so do not expect any and you won't be disappointed. Drinks were all included in all inclusive, and in contrast to a previous review I was able to order a gin & tonic at every bar, without any extra cost. Staff are friendly and keep the communal areas clean and tidy. There are lots of seats away from the pool, but you'd better get up very early to secure a bed by the pools - which are small. Would we come again, no. We would look fir somewhere with better entertainment and slightly more suited to English tastes. Cannot fault the weather though, which was sunny and hot all week. The scenery around the hotel was also lovely, so may be nice to stay here in a better quality accommodation?

The hotel is a big place with lots of positives. The area is beautiful, a 5 minute walk to the sea. There are lots of activities to book onto through the hotel, tennis, hiring a bike, basketball, mini golf. It took us a while to navigate how it all works, but, you book them through reception for the next day. The food isn't great for vegetarians, not labelled well and not very much choice. For meat, it looked fine. I tried the cocktails once, not very nice. Can't say for the wine. Not sure I'd say a 4 star but location is nice. A half hour cycle ride to Porec.

Just returned from this hotel with a group of 6 friends. As a TUI customer I have booked holidays for my family for the last 40 years and this is the first negative review I’ve ever written. I have been holidaying with my friends every other year for the last 28 years all with TUI. The staff here are uninviting and stand offish. The rooms need updating and the carpets need ripping out, they have been stained by the cleaners with bleach in many places and look terrible. The food is repetitive, messy and unappetising. At breakfast I asked if I could have an omelette I was told ‘no’ the first hotel I have ever been denied this. An omelette! Too much trouble. Our biggest gripe was the hotel bar, it listed Gin and tonic on the All Inclusive bar menu however on our first visit to the bar we were told Tonic Water was only available if you pay €3.50 for a small bottle and no free Tonic Water was available, the alternative was Sprite which is nothing like Tonic. My friends and I made daily trips to the supermarket to buy Tonic Water and kept the receipts, we also took pictures of the All inclusive bar menu as evidence. I spoke to the rep who agreed that Tonic should be available or an alternative, we never heard from her again. The beds were very comfortable but the cleaning of the room was extremely basic the carpet never got hoovered properly, there were bits on the carpet the whole time we were there. The upper area for sun loungers was great as were the comfortable sun loungers and towels. I have been extremely disappointed with the response from TUI customer service since I returned. They could have reimbursed the money for the Tonic waters and remove Gin and tonic from the menu. If you’re a Gin/Vodka & Tonic kindda person I wouldn’t recommend this hot for one second. Our enjoyment has been compromised because of the bar and incidentally the hotel do not offer Rośe either. Extremely disappointing.

If you have already booked or are thinking of booking then please read on and change your mind. I would give this hotel a rating of 1. Room: No tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer is useless, don't expect a stocked mini bar on arrival, you will need to request this. I stayed fully inclusive and wanted some water I went to the bar and asked of a bottle of water......think again anything in a bottle is chargeable even water. This hotel was 98% German and 2% English. The food is very bland if you are a vegetarian or vegan you will struggle, I was given the option to ask for vegan specific food, I asked of chick peas I got garden peas. The restaurant is very poorly labelled if you have a special diet or allergies please be very careful. An example of this is when I did find another English guest they wanted to have the chicken risotto, (labelled as chicken risotto) what they had was seafood risotto thank goodness that this person did not have a seafood allergy. I found 6 other guests that was English all of them was of the same opinion as me. Croatia is a beautiful country to go to I urge you NOT to stay here. The toilets by the pool side (ladies) stunk of urine I did not use them during my stay as they were disgusting. Forget going to visit the gym, it is very dangerous, electrical sockets hanging of the wall, exposing electric cables, machines faulty, one of the the exercise bikes was broken, the handle bars were not attached I nearly fell off. Holes in the flooring, broken blinds, stains on the flooring. The floors in the morning around the bar are jet washed please be very careful as they are very slippery, no wet signs used. Broken glass near the pool area, they do not use plastic drinking vessels. I met someone who had cut themselves de to this thankfully not bad. Smoking, if you are a non smoker then this hotel is not for you, you can not get away from, morning, noon and night. By the pool during the day was disgusting. I could not enjoy the pool or the entertainments due to this so I spent the majority of my holiday away from this complex. Be also very careful as on one of the days of my stay the maids left my hotel door wide open. I have made an official complaint and have provided, photo's and videos as evidence. Tui have offered £100 no way near enough as I did not stay in this hotel for all of my stay.

When you first arrive the receptionist won’t explain anything and you will have to try find where everything is yourself. They wernt very helpful and if you asked a question they would answer on I don’t know. Which they should know really! Also booked through TUI and they messaged to say they will be at the hotel but they never showed up so couldn’t get anything information from them. Again asked the receptionist and they couldn’t care less. Spoke to another English couple who said the same about TUI never turning up. The entertainment isn’t the best same music every night even though they are good! Good isn’t the best but it’s okay. Hot drinks were always Luke warm. The bartenders were quite moody never really seeming that friendly. The views are very pretty when you walk out the hotel.
