I stayed here for a flight from Ontario airport. The room was nice and a simple breakfast was served. Also, a free shuttle to the airport and you could leave the car at the hotel while gone for no extra fee. Room ha, micro, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Was part of stay on out last day. Even though facility mentioned smoke free, smoke smell was in aisles. Random people were knocking doors at night and rooms were too close. To continue, washroom didnt have a handle or lock! Soap wasnt available, filled with water! Cherry on top- there was a fire alarm at 1 AM, where all of us got out and climbed up 8 floors. Breakfast was very medicore. Only plus - staff was friendly!

I have stayed in this place multiple times in the past eight years. This was my first time back in four years. This place has drastically lost its Hospitality.
My husband and I were in town for a concert and decided to stay the night we were placed on the second floor room 221. I must say the place was dirty. There was hair in our bathtub. The bed was broken in noise just on it. The bathroom itself was deplorable. The showerhead fell off twice while in the shower water spilled onto the bathroom floor. There was a lack of molding or caulking around that tub that allowed water to seep out of it onto the floor. That room was very outdated to say so carpet was filthy. It was terrible.
We live close to the area, but we decided to stay the night since we had stayed at that concert and it was nearby. I can tell you that we had dinner in our room and within two hours we were on our way home didn’t stay the night I was told there was nothing available. We paid full amount and went home after having dinner.
I wish we could stay the night. It was a moment for my husband and I to just get away and enjoy our concert and our dinner together and head home the next morning but it just was not doable.

Old property. The sheets were thin like in many cheaper motels. Beds were too firm. Check in lobby was closed before 8:00 pm. We had to check in at a small window.

The gentleman at the front desk was professional and friendly. He may be the owner, or at least cared as much as an owner would. The breakfast set up was pretty good and the staff was nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of the lobby. It felt new.
