Place was great service was good friendly people

One great feature of the property is tgat there are no hidden fees or deposits. Room was clean and bright. Matress was firm and comfortable. TV was small, but had a plethora of channels to choose from.

This place is disgusting. Everything is dirty. All the blankets. Sheets. Towels. Shower curtain. It’s just dirty and not cared for.

The owners are not very friendly. I reserved and paid for my room online. When I got there to get checked in it was a hassle. Then I was there for two days and needed to extend it by 1 more day. When I wentto pay the lady got all upset and mad because I smoked cigarettes in the room. Well I reserved a smoking room and when I went in the room there was not only one but two ash trays in the room and she was going to charge me a penalty for the room because the night clerk gave me the wrong wrong room. I refused to pay that. I didn't know it was a nonsmoking room

terrible service, rooms were port quality, tv didn’t work, staff was rude, room never got cleaned and never got fresh towels.

I'd asked for a printed receipt the following morning and it didn't give me a total and said I'd paid in cash even tough I paid with credit card. The only charge on my card from the host/facility was for 10.00 for a pet fee I thought I'd paid when booking the room. I looked back on and fee wasn't on original charge so ok with that. I'd informed ******* of two requests when booking. A ground floor room due to disabilities and my cat. Seems neither was passed along or was missed by facility staff. Room had two beds and one had a yellow stained white spread on it. Both me and my cat stayed away from that piece of furniture. Wish TV had a sleep timer function. Staff nice to me at check in.

Nasty!!!!!! Staff was nice. Manager stated that they are a 3 star and I should not expect a clean room. Asked for clean sheets hotel stated that they changed them and didnt towels were dirty. Men stood outside the rooms and parking lot made us feel unsafe. Never again. Next time Ill just spend the extra money and stay at the holiday inn

Not clean, not very comfortable, hard to find the staff for help. The staff was nice when you finally found them for help. Property looks like an abandoned hotel. Outrageous prices.

when we checked into the place, the clerk did not seem to understand how to explain the way around the property. She told us to park in the back and go to the elevators around the side. Once we did, we found out our room was on the ground level at the front of the hotel. My elderly mother was having a difficult time moving around and it was more work to have to go back and forth. We asked if she could give her a ground level room to which she said she did not have any. But we actually had one so we had to switch. Did not make sense.
