Stay away!!! The pictures on the website are NOT this hotel! The rooms are disgusting! (See my pictures) We arrived around 2:30, the room wasn't ready quite yet so we went to get something to eat. We returned around 4:30 and checked into our rooms. We sat and discussed what we should do since we had already traveled 6 hours and had another 6 to go to get home. We decided we wouldn't be able to get any sleep here so we packed up. I went to the front desk to tell them we wanted a refund and the desk worker called his manager. She told him we couldn't get a refund. The desk worker gave me her number so I called her and forwarded her the pictures you see below. Long story short, she told me the furniture is old and needs to be replaced but she was not going to refund my money. I asked the front desk worker if he wanted to see the pictures and he said no. I asked him if it was because he has gotten other complaints and he said "I just don't care"!!!! When we left I called the manager to tell her we left and I expected a refund or I will be posting pictures in the morning. She told me "Post them now if you want".

I hope you consider this hotel! I've stayed at this hotel before during a family emergency (less than a year apart)! The rooms and property are IMMACULATE but if you find something wrong they do their best to correct immediately (if you need something, just ask). The manager, Jenna, is a true rockstar (she remembered me); so are the CSR's. The Housekeeping Supervisor, Barb, was KIND enough to ask about my family wellbeing; I wanted to cry.

Positives- front desk lady was very nice. Check in/out was easy. Negatives- Our room was not clean. Very dusty, musty, etc. Food crumbs on the carpet. When I moved the ottoman, the floor underneath had crumbs under it, so the ottoman had not been moved and swept under. Later, our kids found a used condom wrapper and a false eyelash on the floor by the nightstand. The room reeked of moldy must and we sprayed perfume to help with the smell. Two of us ended up with respiratory issues because of the dust and must. Upon arrival, we received a text from the hotel asking us to let them know if we had any issues. I replied and eventually someone said they would get back to me but no one ever did. We went to the front desk and told them about the smell and the lady said she would send someone up to spray but no one ever came. I know they were very busy because I think the hotel was sold out. We enjoyed the pool for a while until a group of 10 came out. There were five adults and five children. Despite signage, all five adults started drinking beer and smoking cigarettes in the pool area, so we left. We chose this hotel because the price was right, but we won’t use it again. The respiratory issues haven’t been worth saving a few dollars and there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area.

Hotel was ok, however our room has not been throughly cleaned or dusted. Shower walls was dirty and the microwave area was so dusty, unbelievable until you see it, please look at the pictures provided, the refrigerator has not been cleaned as well. There is no hot breakfast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, apples, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. Please inspect rooms immediately upon entry.

I booked and paid for a king suite (separation of spaces) but got a studio (all one space) king suite which was very disappointing. I inquired about this at check in and was dismissed, only being told they were all booked so nothing could be done. My husband went to the desk the following morning for a toothbrush and I now see a $10 charge to my bank account for that flimsy/throw away toothbrush, which I find completely outrageous and was never told there would be a $10 charge for what we assumed was complimentary.

The hotel check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning areas that sometimes get over looked. No dust behind the TV or nightstand. In room refrigerator and microwave were spotless. Our room was quiet. I would stay here again. It was a good value. Breakfast options were good.

Price was right, staff friendly, room was clean and it was very quiet. The bathroom had a walk in shower which was great for our knees. It was a good location and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again if the need arose.

We came to Evansville for to visit family and because we had stayed there before, we chose it again. The staff was extremely friendly like they always knew you. I will choose this place again and again. Thank you.

We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and clean room. The staff was friendly, we had no big issues. The only small issue was that they ran out of regular coffee at breakfast and the decaf was lukewarm, otherwise, it was fine.
