This hotel is simply incredible. From the service provided by manager Alex, as well as the entire team. They are attentive, careful. I really loved spending the weekend with them. It doesn't appear to have a gym, but I was able to use the gym there. Highlight the spa, with wonderful teas, perfect for a post-ski end of the day. The breakfast is delicious. Request gluten-free bread and they prepare it warm. I had dinner at your restaurant, which is without a doubt the best in the city. I will really miss this hotel.

We were euphoric when we deliberately chose the stylish restaurant instead of the one right on the slopes. But we were disappointed: the young lady's service was poor. She may have been nice in principle, but she was terribly inattentive for a restaurant where there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Most of the things we needed had to be ordered by pointing to her. Sure, it was 11.45 a.m., but even then I expect that we don't have to ask for the menu, bread, coffee or bill to be delivered. Even if the system isn't up and running yet. The food is good.

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous hotel. Super clean rooms and exceptional and very kind staff. Our girls skied 2 steps from the hotel and the spa is fantastic. We will definitely be back next year and the years to come!

Superbly run hotel, the staff is like the boss, courteous, sociable and friendly. Great wellness area with panoramic view is highly recommended. Good food. The bike rental at the Holdener sports shop also offers a hotel discount. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend the Roggenstock.
