Terrible experience, on Saturday the place was in complete darkness…. Mosquitos galore, so dirty under the beds and the food was terrible. We had booked a family room and the bedding had visible signs that it hadnt been changed. Such a beautiful facility been so mis managed.

I had a brief stop over at Brondesbury Park Hotel on my way to a family occasion in Nyanga. I had breakfast and a comfort break. It is nice to see the hotel up and running and I wish them well. The facilities were clean, the staff were keen and there was a generally positive atmosphere. The food was acceptable, the service was ok. The place does look tired and in need of a revamp. The service has room to improve in terms of presentation, menu, food preparation. I expect this will come. Backpacker would be happy and as alternative to sleeping in the village it is very convenient. They washed my car for for free! Good luck to you.

Great location, superb customer service, good food and very serene. We had a great time over the festive season as we got to reconnect away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room had the best view, the and l would recommend it to anyone who wants to unwind and recharge.

The place is coming up really good. It was quite an amazing holiday adventure , would definitely visit again. The rooms were spacious, friendly staff, and affordable meals. However the swimming pool was not working at the time. Will be looking forward to more activities when i visit again. Do something about the dams.

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel in February. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The chef went out of his way to make a special meal to help celebrate my friends birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved it! The service was top tier. Beautiful rooms, Incredible food. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Nyanga area. The views were breathtaking. Looking forward to my next trip

Excellent hotel to stay in, the staff was excellent and the food something to die for. What a clean and serene place. Great value for money!! The management was present and ready to assist at every opportunity.
