The Cottage Loft is a large, well-equipped space. It was clean and comfortable, although the cramped bathroom might be an issue if you're staying more than just one or two nights. The breakfast was excellent, although the hovering of the hosts might be a little much for some people.

Prom weekend! Pat and Tom were lovely hosts. The place is extremely well thought out and thoughtful in it's approach to hosting. As a group we reserved all the rooms in the B&B. They were all unique and each had something to make it desirable. The suites are worth stepping up to if you have the opportunity. Bedding is comfortable, everyone slept well. We ranged in age from teens to 70's, and everyone was pleased. Breakfast. There are not words to describe breakfast. Amazing! Picky teens ate well. Adults found it a rare moment in a busy weekend to just relax. Met all dietary needs and issues. The BEST stay at a B&B I ever had. Great for a special occasion. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Teens enjoyed the grounds and exploring the layout.

Tom and Pat were awesome! They accommodated an early check in for us so we could get ready for our daughters wedding reception in the area. The house and rooms are just beautiful but nothing could beat that awesome breakfast! They are the kindest and most understanding couple. Breakfast conversations was great as well!

Great place with great rooms, fantastic service. Helped me navigate the area, find places to eat locally and in Pittsburgh, and felt like a second home with the friendliness. A must see place if in the Pittsburgh area

We came back for a 2nd time and brought friends with us. The service was over and above what I ever would have expected. We were accommodated even though we came a day early by accident. The breakfasts were delicious!! What a spread! Pat and Tom were delightful. We talked for a while about the area and where she grew up and visited several places that interested us. Do not hesitate to book but do not take my spot for next time!:) We will be back and bring more friends next time. A great getaway for several couple. We had wine with cheese and crackers out in the yard, talked and had snacks in the lounge and looked at their lovely yard, watching the birds go in the birdhouses.

Our stay at Chapel Valley Estate was outstanding in every way. Our room ( and the entire inn) was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was immaculate and the bed couldn’t have been more comfortable.The innkeepers are delightful people who go above and beyond to assure that their guests have a perfect experience. Our hearty and delicious breakfast included a zucchini and cheese soufflé, roasted potatoes, ham, a cranberry fruit dish and gingerbread cookies! We highly recommend a stay at Chapel Valley Estate!

Top of the line B&B and innkeepers Pat & Tom are second to none. After years of staying at the inn, we still feel like we are home when we arrive for our stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed and breakfasts are always unique and delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.

This property is one of the nicest B&Bs we have ever stayed in. The room was outstanding and the property gorgeous! The innkeepers, Pat and Tom, were friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast

Our hosts - Patty & Tom were super. Attended to all our needs. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were out of this world! The countryside is very beautiful and there are several nearby small towns with nice shops (except not open on Sundays). Definitely on our list for a return visit !
