Great location, easy walk to town. View of the ocean. Walk out to ocean. Large saltwater pool. But inside was just not nice. Just dirty. Bathroom if you looked at the baseboards,dirty, not wiped down in a long time. No place to hang a wet towel or bathing suit, not a single hook in room. Huge issue with a pool and beach. Couch did not appear clean. Placed a blanket on it to sit on. Bed uncomfortable. Had a little kitchen was great. Had plates, glasses. No forks! Odd. This is a time share and if they are trying to sell people on a time share. No way. Had to remove your own garbage from room and they do not provide housekeeping. Meaning all your wet towels lying around. Loved the free parking. Did have actives on some days of the week. Non appealing to me.

This is a great resort, Rooms are pretty good from inside and I liked that every room has a beach view. We went there for family stayed there for 6 nights. We enjoyed it.

My parents had a unit in the 80s and 90s, so I had no question where I was going. Even with Debby trying to ruin it I had a great time. It was as wonderful as I remember. And Katie was able to connect me with an owner who wanted to sale and I will be a new owner for the 2025 season. With the deaths of my parents and older sister, I became the "matriarch" and will now be able to bring the remaining family together every year. My daughter, my sister, and myself look forward to many more summer memories to add to the ones from the 80s and 90s. Maritime watch out!!

Outdoor pool, hot tub. Close to the ocean. Great location, close to many amenities! Rooms are on the small side. The rooms are cooled by window units and sometimes leak with the high humidity. Rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, but overall it was an enjoyable vacation!

The resort is located right on the beach with every unit facing oceanfront. One downfall is most rooms only have stand up balconies. Units look to be fairly newly remodeled, just wish they had in unit laundry. The resort is conveniently near many restaurants and activities. Small, but nice pool and hot tub areas. The on-site tiki bar and grille has great food and drinks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in clean, quiet unit with a beautiful view.

Stay here for proximity to the beach as well as restaurants a short walk on Main St. We enjoyed our stay. It's a timeshare. Our 1 bedroom would be tight for more than 1 couple despite there being a pullout in the living room. When they remodeled the 1 bedroom, they took space from the lanai, so no option for outside chairs. The 2 bedroom units do have outside seating. It's an easy walk to the sand, there's a box by the pool where people leave chairs, umbrellas, etc when leaving. Rental chairs and umbrellas are available too. There's a full-time activity director and lots to do...for kids and adults. I would come back.

Great location, but overpriced. They do not provide complementary beach equipment (something you cannot bring on an airplane.) Rental of beach chairs and umbrellas cost us $50 a day.
