A beautiful old hotel, but the sheets didn't look very clean. Aside from the zoo animals, the greenery and ecosystem are excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Baobab Safari Resort with our family. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully themed. We especially enjoyed the safari atmosphere throughout the resort and the breakfast experience. The service was excellent. During the night, my child suddenly vomited on the bed, and after we called the reception, the housekeeping team responded very quickly and helped us change the bedsheet immediately. We really appreciated their prompt assistance and professionalism. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a great experience for families visiting Taman Safari.

Highly recommended hotel! My only minor issue was that during check-in, they just handed me the key card without explaining any of the available activities or amenities. I had to proactively ask about the hotel's offerings, and by then, the activities I wanted were already fully booked.

Awesome stay with a lovely resort environment. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient as the safari is just nearby. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and had a great family stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Pro - excellent service from the staff! - We have a baby (＜ 1 yr old), they provided us with baby cot, baby bath tub and water scoop (gayung) - View of the animals from the room is breathtaking - Can throw carrots (3 pieces were provided by the hotel) from the room to the animals - Breakfast is yummy. They have a selection of local and international buffet spread - Can take photo with giraffes if you missed the breakfast with giraffe slot - Can feed the fishes at the lobby for free - Souvenir shopping at the hotel for convenience - there was a bird (cockatoo?) available for photo taking for free too Cons - stinks of animal poops at the lobby - Giraffe, rhino and meerkat feeding are extra charge - Only rain shower head (ie, not moveable)

Great value for money during the off-peak season. The safari-themed room offered fantastic animal views. It rained on our first day, so we stayed in the hotel. We missed out on the breakfast with the giraffes as we couldn't get a reservation, but a kind Chinese lady let my child join in feeding them anyway. We had all our breakfasts at the hotel, but the food could definitely be improved. We booked the predator feeding activity, and the kids absolutely loved it! The room was a bit small, and the bed was only 90cm wide.

The room's facilities and cleanliness were quite subpar, so I'd recommend bringing your own disposable bedding. However, I have to say the surroundings are truly wonderful. You can see animals right from your room's balcony, and the pre-booked giraffe breakfast was such a unique experience!
