NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The rooms are big and clean but the advantages end there. The staff is completely unprofessional. I wanted to go to the warf to get to the Rock Carvings but the hotel doesn't provide any transfer. I asked them how I could go there they sent me to the bus stop but the bus doesn't have a regular time and I had to wait for 1 hour till I got the taxi. This is the worst attitude ever. Also I wanted to use the swimming pool but they said I can't. But I saw other people use it

環境優美安靜，員工素質高，前台工作人員很細心的講解入住細則，在酒店廳用晚餐，感覺價格實惠。但是自助早餐就感覺一般，煮雞蛋是涼的。酒店旁邊就是駱越文化宮，還可以順便參觀。

第一次去是2019年，這是第二次去，開了好些年頭了，設施雖然老舊了，但是服務態度蠻熱情的，餐廳價格不貴！住宿，環境，飲食，玩水性價比高

性價比很高，看得出來是很多年很多年的老裝修了，這個酒店擱在15年前必定很高級很豪華很氣派，現在裝修是舊了，但總體還是保持五星級水準，衞生等等都可以做到保持整潔

酒店很大，去時竟然會兩個導航都弄錯。它應是離花山巖畫區最近，設施也是最好的一家酒店，抽了半天開車去縣城看了一下，縣城的酒店不僅遠條件還真都不行😂入住的房間也不錯，錯峯出行性價比挺高，窗外就是江景，挺養眼。感覺酒店的服務挺好，因房間沒有任何可以晾掛衣服的地方，原來是想觀賞花山大型文藝演出，就訂了兩晚，去到才得知演出已停，感覺晾曬衣物太不方便就想提前一天退房，但需要通過攜程平台有點太麻煩。酒店主管聽説是因為沒地方晾曬衣服，就馬上送來一個帶烘乾的衣架，超讚。
