The hotel is brand new. The staff is very helpful and ready to satisfy your needs.
The room was with a generous view on the lake. The cleaning not so good, I didn't mention any difference before and after, just put new tooth brush and new chips.

跟LG 二個在雲南轉了二週了。這家真的很棒。風景好，房間好，還有洗衣機，還給免費升級了複式房。酒店員工也個個熱情周到。特別是管家獨支，更是細心。，有求必應。下午茶也很豐富，我喜歡喝冰的，獨支直接給做了冰咖啡，想要冰塊也是立刻送到房間，還主動給發了瀘沽湖遊玩指南。早餐也是，隨口説了一下想要蔬菜，立馬給炒了包菜。要不是下一站已經定好，真想多住二天。露台拍照也很出片。

十分感謝管家：獨支大哥對我們的照顧。
在本身酒店設施硬件已經很好的條件下，還幫給予了很多關心 ，讓我們的出行特別温暖。
無論是早上爬起來差點趕不上早飯，他貼心幫我們送到房間，還是給我們介紹這裏的景點，找船，都特別熱心。微信反應速度快的驚人，一定是個很厲害的人，哈哈！
另外酒店設施也很棒，因為升級了房型，有洗衣機，小冰箱，甚至馬桶自帶一次性自動墊圈（第一次見），還有洗漱杯專用的消毒機，都特別讓人安心。
整體環境也很安靜，可以看到日落和女神峯，太完美了。

設施：有小冰櫃洗衣機加濕器，電視還是小米的，窩着看劇很爽
衞生：很棒，馬桶智能換墊，浴缸也配了一次性泡澡袋，拖鞋消過毒的，洗浴用品也都不錯
環境：窗景沒得説，還有專門拍照的地方，酒店備了各類拍照的服裝都可以穿，愛拍照的妹子肯定喜歡
服務：到酒店一下車，管家獨支就立馬過來給我們搬行李了，超級貼心，後面吃飯什麼的都有跟我們講，態度很棒

非常好的體驗！酒店在瀘沽湖邊，位置很好，景色也很美，酒店有大露台和特色服飾可供客人拍照打卡。酒店管家獨支小哥哥幫我們四個行李都拿上了房間，還免費升級了複式家庭套房，熱情的介紹瀘沽湖的遊玩路線和餐飲美食，服務簡直不要太周到了！

這次出行最棒的體驗，就是選擇前湖月遙，首先服務好的讓人意外又驚喜，管家店員們真誠熱心，不管什麼有求必應，還推薦最好的行程，湖景一絕，圖片是民宿露台看到的日落晚霞，絕佳的位置，關鍵房間都是比這更好的湖景房，不愧是零差評，來了之後才會有的驚喜，推薦大家吧，出來旅行這樣的民宿必須推薦，確認體驗太好。以後還會來。

酒店服務很好 因為所在村子不是很熱鬧那種 所以很安靜 管家獨支服務很好到位 有問題全部可以微信溝通 迴應很及時 而且因為不屬於熱鬧的村落 所以確實去哪都不是很方便 不過周圍基本設施足夠了 飯店 超市都有的 酒店內部的廚師是四川人 做菜也很好吃 酒店的咖啡超好喝的 美式是有榛果味道的 一般你要去離酒店遠一點的位置 都是可以車接車送的 我這次正好趕上母親節 我本人還是護士 雙節在一天很難得 所以約了酒店合作的旅拍 選擇了環湖拍 也很滿意 去年也來了雲南 去了大理 今年是麗江+瀘沽湖 真的已經喜歡上這個省了 遇到的人都很好 如果明年還來這邊玩 還會住在這裏 在酒店房間裏和大堂就可以看到女神山 酒店位置超級無敵好 一樓這些衣服還可以免費穿着拍照
