Everything's very good! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and you can get free ice cream, popcorn, and tea whenever you want. The staffs are so kind and welcoming, although our Chinese is not that good, they tried hard to communicate with us.

Great hotel, conveniently located near a subway station from where you can quickly reach the city center and tourist attractions such as The Bund. The service was friendly and left nothing to be desired. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Chinese and even a few western dishes (no coffee, but that’s China). I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Last year I stayed with my husband and I like the room without carpet and no smoking smell in the room. I felt it was clean.
This year i have a room with carpet and the strongly smoking smell. I feel it is not clean.
I intended to request to change , but it is rather late at night so I did dot. Hope the staff give the guest the right room when I booked non- smoking room.
