When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the front desk clerk didn't smile at all and was not enthusiastic at all. The price on that day was cheaper than booking in advance. When I asked about it, the front desk clerk ignored me and said he didn't understand and didn't know. He basically had no expression on his face. This was the worst service among all the hotels I stayed in Ningbo.

It’s a newly opened hotel. I read the reviews before booking and no one mentioned the smell. After checking in, I changed rooms. Although there was no strong smell, there was always a smell of cigarette smoke. Because it was already very late to return to the hotel after watching the lantern show, it was troublesome to change rooms or hotels, so I slept with the windows open all night for ventilation. The next day , my baby’s fever reached over 39 degrees, so I quickly bought anti-fever medicine, and she is still having a fever today~~~ I will not be able to stay in the newly opened hotel in the future. The hotel waiters are quite nice.
