Very friendly and helpful staff. Onsite restaurant and bar. Food was excellent. The ambience of the downstairs tapas bar/restaurant was lovely. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free wifi and parking. Walking distance to shops and resturants. Very clean and large room.

Although the hotel was good value the breakfast which we paid extra for was terrible. The cooked breakfast was empty every morning and the fruit was mouldy and old.

We booked a junior suite. The first room had three beds and no space to move. I complained. They said it was my fault for booking a family room. I showed them the booking and they agreed to change the room. The second had faulty air conditioning and was 27 degrees. After two more visits to reception they agreed for us to move again. All this was done with very bad grace - and no apology! No wonder they insist you pay upon arrival.

Excellent location

Clearly no 4 stars. They have a lot of facilities and super friendly staff but the hotel clearly needs a makeover. The gym is the saddest place I have seen… one Decathlon machine! The restaurant is one of the highlights but it’s closed Sunday and Monday. Wifi didn’t work in our room.

I simply loved this hotel from the minute I arrived. Check in was fast and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and I loved the wooden floors throughout it. The pool view was nice as well and the restaurant had delicious food. One of my favorite hotels.

This hotel is a nightmare. The facilities and common areas are dirty and honestly disgusting. That carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years and it must be full of bacteria and mold because that’s precisely what you can smell in the corridors and staircase. Aromatherapy, truly. The hotel staff doesn’t make it any better, they are not helpful at all and are unable to handle guests complaints and queries. Also, please keep in mind none of them speaks a word of English, they will simply speak to you in French even if they know you can’t speak it, which for a hotel is pretty rude if you ask me. The rooms are not so terrible (of course if you compare it with the rest of the hotel the bar is not too high), but they are not well taken care of and please take a look at the minibar picture if you want a graphic description of the word “gross”. In addition to that, the air conditioning doesn’t work and of course you can hear everything going on next door, because why would they sound-proof the rooms? Don’t let them fool you, this is not a 4-star hotel. I regret each one of the euros I wasted in this dump. Please avoid this hotel, unless you feel like spending the night at a house of terrors and want to get charged an obviously overpriced amount for it.
