Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

Very pleasant comfortable stay. So close to the loop bus, bus stop and only 1km walk from the Sake brewery. The bed was a small double however we didn’t mind as it was so comfortable and we slept really well. Only 1 very tiny, tiny issue was that we were near the elevator and guests returning from late night revelling were quite noisy.
Would stay here again and try their breakfast.

It was also nice that there was unlimited manga to read. The breakfast was the same for all three days, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is very good, less than 3 minutes from Niigata Station. There are many restaurants, bars, and sushi restaurants nearby. The hotel room is very comfortable and the large sofa is great for single rooms. However, the air conditioning is central, so the temperature cannot be adjusted and the room was very cold, so my body got cold. The large public bath is small but satisfactory, but it would be great if there was a sauna. There is a manga cafe on the 3rd floor. I did not eat the hotel breakfast, but it seems to have a very good reputation, so if you have an appetite in the morning, why not go? There is a Lawson convenience store directly connected to the hotel, so there is no problem.

It's close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. There's also a convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient.
The building may be old, but the interior has been renovated and is well-cleaned.
The breakfast is delicious, and you can enjoy Niigata specialties such as sauced pork cutlet, hegi soba, and Tochioage. They also serve sashimi and seafood bowls for breakfast.
As small eaters, we had to be very careful when choosing the food, as there were so many options that we couldn't finish it all.
I'd like to stay at this hotel again.
