The only thing good about this place is the location… paper thin walls so you hear your neighbors doing everything, the worst part is while I had the do not disturb sign on one one of the employees opened my door without knocking or any warning. I had just come out of the shower and was getting changed, I went up to the concierge to let them know what had happened and the manager of course was in a “meeting” but was told that I would receive a call right after she was done. Of co**** never received any call. If you care about privacy and sleep and not book this place

This is about the third time we stayed here and it never disappoints. Great area near attractions, restaurants and transit. Looking forward to our next stay in March

Didn't have any hot water in our room for the entire night during our stay. The next morning while we were getting ready for check out, we finally had some hot water. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't use the shower, due to the hot water. But other than that our stay was good!
The best part is that I loved how I was able to give $250 cash to use as my security deposit & this hotel accepts cash payment for deposits. You receive it back the very next day at check out. I really appreciated having this option & not worry about the hassle of needing a credit card or worry having enough on debit just to secure my room. I was satisfied with our visit!

Everything was great! Except our neighbors above were really loud all night and one point threw a shoe at our window and kept us up all night.

The staff was great the room was nice and clean I would have given a 5 star across the board but the bathroom sink flooded the floor but the staff was quick and efficient and fixed it right away

2nd time staying here. Had a day trip planned just stopped in early to see if I could park my car since it was well before check in. They got me a room early checkin at no extra cost! Also the breakfast is amazing both price/quality.

Our first room had a broken heat cover that fell twice, ripped wallpaper, dim lighting, and the service was unkind and unhelpful. There was also a lot of noise from the room above and the staff did not stop them even after a call. The noise, which seemed light a party with stomping started at 2 am and probably stayed overnight because it was the same in the morning. Lastly, there was no hot water for a couple of hours. Food was great though and the breakfast staff were kind.

The hot tub was not in working order and based off other reviews has been for quite some time and they were lying to guests stating "waiting on a part to come in that day." and that was at 10:30 at night.
