We booked Vittoria Hotel & Suites through Trip.com for our family trip to Niagara Falls to celebrate a Cornell University graduation — and it was a wonderful choice! I really love the Trip.com app for making the booking process so easy. The location is unbeatable, parking was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious — perfect for our whole family. Everything was spotlessly clean and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. Our only small issue was that the sofa bed was missing its sheet cover, but overall it did not take away from our great experience. Highly recommend for families visiting Niagara Falls — and be sure to book through Trip.com!

This is GREAT Value for money! It was our first time in Niagara and we didn’t have any real guide, we just booked because it felt like a good price and it was a GEM! Traveled with my family (3 kids and spouse) and the 2 Queen beds + Sleeper couch was perfect! The location is actually EXCELLENT, close enough to the falls for an easy walk with Children, but also close enough to all the Major attractions! There is a pool and tub, which was a hit for our kids and onsite parking made life so much easier! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this place enough! The only issue I had, our window was facing the sun and there was no way to use the black out curtains properly! Those Curtains need to be looked at especially during the summer when it is Sunrise at 5am! Can’t talk about the breakfast because we didn’t have it, but all in all, GREAT value for money!

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. The hotel was super clean and the service was really nice. The staff was extremely accommodating, polite and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience here.

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. After we settled into our room, the front desk actually called to let me know that security noticed my car door was unlocked in the parking lot. They even offered to have security go back out and lock it for me. Such an unexpected level of care and attention. It really showed how much they look out for their guests. We truly appreciated it and would definitely stay again!

Excellent service, great place, pool clean, room clean, only thing that wasn't chosen was the coffee pot. Had to run it three times to get clean water without black specs. But slightly understandable with it being a coffee pick.

We were celebrating a birthday and they provided a room with a nicer view!

Excellent location, a few steps away from the Clifton Hills attractions, convenience sfore, bus stops. Nice and helpful staff at the frontdesk. Good value for money.

Location is perfect! In the center of the Niagara falls town! Next to everything… Nice view, perfect size~ at 7th floor we could see the lake and overview of the town. Great night life and convenience!

The hotel boasts a great location, close to amusement park facilities. The room cleanliness and service were satisfactory. However, I suggest separating the light and ventilation buttons in the bathroom to improve room temperature, as it's easy to catch a chill after showering. The showerhead's water pressure was insufficient; I recommend upgrading the shower accessories. Some toilet fixtures were missing; the hotel should pay attention and address this promptly. Parking is ample; I hope the hotel can offer guests more discounts on parking fees. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it!

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were polite. Unfortunately, the hotel's buffet breakfast required an extra charge and did not include drinks; if you wanted drinks at the buffet, you had to pay extra. Also, the staff were very busy during peak hours. Overall, however, I was very satisfied with everything except for the breakfast!

Very large, clean, and renovated room. Close to the attractions on Clifford Hill and a 15-minute walk from the falls. The main parking lot was full when we arrived, so we had to park outside. The hotel has a spa and a swimming pool.
