Good location but unless you're in a suite the rooms are small with some facing air shafts with no natural light. Not large footprint so elevator noise and proximity to other rooms can make it noisy. Air conditioning system is very noisy.

We love the terrace rooms on the 10th floor. We have a partial view oit to Central Park and Columbus Circle. The room itself is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Love the shower gel too. Wish I could bring some home. Next time I will

Great just for sleep. If you want variety of amenities in hotel ,6 Columbus is not a good choice for you.

Location was great, room was nice. Bathroom was freezing cold. There needs to be some covering for window. Plus no exhaust fan so moisture lingered after showering. Cleaning staff was very pleasant. It was also hard to stay warm if you slept near window. Lots of trash outside hotel.

The beds are sinking, making sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The corners of the floor panels are raised, making it very easy to trip on the way to the bathroom. The heater is incredibly loud and making clanking noise every 5 minutes. The room doors shut so loudly, which kept waking us up in the evenings.

It’s definitely a great place but you have to make a choice about the room doors that people allow to slam when leaving their room or going into their room.
It’s very loud and hard and if you’re trying to sleep or nap the doors will bother you but it’s New York the city that never sleeps.
Other than that enjoy your time and book a room !

Only good thing is location. #１problem is the room never got about 65 Fahrenheit despite setting thermostat and the heat blowing all night. Also odd: the room had no trash can! Also no coffee maker or even coffee in the lobby and no do-no-disturb sign so housekeeping had to knock early - these are simple things any normal hotel has. My room was much more drab than the photos make them seem.

This hotel is in a perfect location of good food, Central Park, close to Broadway and more. Decent hotel, nothing to right home about but has what you need for a short stay. Delicious little bagel shop close by. The sushi spot that is attached to the hotel was amazing. Would definitely stay again
