Convenient location; ideal breakfast available. Bath area big enough, just the cleaning can be improved.

This is good location

The location was good and the facilities were good, but the deposit that was said to be returned within 5 days has not yet been canceled. I wonder when it will be resolved.

The room is average, the environment is average, the surrounding facilities are complete, and the transportation is convenient. The service staff is not serious enough. After cleaning the room, they always forget some supporting items, either forget to add shower gel or facial tissue. Call the service desk to inform the service desk. It will take a few hours to arrive.

****ing Nightmare. I thought it was only on the news. I didn't expect to experience it myself. In the middle of the night, a naked (without underwear) white American man kept knocking on the door. My friend thought he was doing something, so he opened the door to have a look. Unexpectedly, he rushed into our room. Said it was his room, but refused to leave. It's like ****ed. I was so scared that I quickly called the security guard to speak up. This talent's underwear is still thrown in the aisle. I asked the security why there was no hallway camera to catch it in time. This person has been going crazy outside naked for a long time. The security guard said there was no camera. The security guard kept apologizing to us, but his attitude was still good. The black guy downstairs at the front desk said 50% of it was our fault. Just don't apologize. I don't bother arguing with him when I'm away from home. I thought that such a big accident would give us compensation, and then change our room to a normal room the next day.

Good location, 5 hours accommodation does not exist due to corona. Normal service. No amenities at all.

The room was clean & comfortable. The shower was hot which was nice. Check in was easy & the receptionist at the desk was nice. I don’t remember his name or I would list him here. When I come back to NYC I will be staying at this hotel again.

Had a problem with the key card, but got solved after they gave a few cards. Now I had a doble charge on my credit card but don't know why. They DON'T have parking and charge $75 por the valet

Rooms and elevators are very small. Good location for getting to the sights but a bit sketchy on that street.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel and found the staff to be FANTASTIC. Room and bathroom was very clean. Beds were firm and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was also great every morning serving eggs potatoes and a meat along with waffles cereal etc. Location is great and only steps away from Times Square. I would definitely stay at the Hampton again!!!

I booked a room with a king bed. Got one with two double bed, and when I went down to tell them about the mistake, I was told that’s all they had. Hotel needs refurbishing very shabby. Breakfast was scary!
