The staff were amazing!! Everyone was very friendly, kind, and helpful!! The room was clean and comfortable! We had 1 issue and the maintenance worked on it right away.

Overall, all was very good. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating.

Loved staying here - it was so close to all the main attractions and the metro. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were good and the daily breakfast was a bonus - really good plus a chance to meet other guests from all over the world. We couldn't have had a better stay for out first visit to NYC

The location is good. Room was clean although we did find a dirty towel in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly!

The location is perfect for theater goers and those who like to be in midtown. It's an older hotel and the furniture and fixtures were a little worn. Was also smaller. I know NYC hotels are small but this was tiny. All that said, the service was EXCELLENT!! And for the price, you can't beat it.

Just back from a 5 night stay there and could not recommend it enough. Staff were fantastic, location was great and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Really great stay, hotel was in a good safe location, close to train station!
