The staff was super friendly and helpful. They called me in advance of my stay to see if I was coming to celebrate anything - great service! Room was clean and spacious. Loved being in Bryant Park. I will stay here for future trips.

Hotel is a great location with an excellent staff. The Director, John was attentive to my issues and the general manager was quick to action. It’s an old hotel (100-years old), with some quality issues that need to be addressed. But overall it was a pleasant experience and it’s a work in progress. They were kind enough to comp. My one night stay and sent a refund through *******.

Bryant Park hotel is the best hotel in NYC, I stayed last year and it was blast stay, so I came back this year. All staffs are always nice and kind and the property does not age at all comparing to last year. All requests are immediately handdled. Everybody knows BPH has perfect location and decent size of room / bathroom, which is really enjoyable, but the best part is their warm heart and kindness. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for place to stay. I will come back on March next year. Thank you!

Wow what a fab hotel! Very comfortable and very central, just about the perfect hotel! Huge bath tubs for when you’ve finished sightseeing. Great helpful staff, especially Dwight, John and Jo with their great restaurant recommendations. We dithered a lot booking a hotel as we hadn’t been to NYC before, but so glad we chose this great hotel, don’t hesitate just book it. We will be back
