There is an attached parking lot, which is a mechanical parking space. The room is large and the price is good. The location is not great, but it doesn't matter if you have a car. If you come to Tamsui to travel, you can consider choosing this hotel.

I encountered some unsatisfactory issues during my stay at this hotel. First, there were cigarette butts in the toilet drain hole, which showed a lack of cleaning and maintenance. Secondly, the customer service attitude was poor and gave me an unpleasant check-in experience. It is hoped that the hotel can take these issues seriously, improve cleaning standards and improve staff service quality to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant stay experience.

Stay for two days this time 1. Asked about parking at the counter. The service staff's answer was very standard. If you come late, you have to park outside. You can't make a reservation. The tone is as if I owe him money. He is not friendly. He works as a counter and provides services. If there is no enthusiasm, the company should not hire such employees. 2. The wifi is so bad that it keeps disconnecting. The different floors and room numbers are all a lie. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel with such poor wifi in a place with developed internet in Taiwan. I told the receptionist that I just said sorry and we will improve it, but the official tone was that I can come back next time and it will still be the same situation. This is still a chain hotel. The impression is very bad.

The room is large, clean and comfortable, and the service attitude is good. The location is next to Fisherman's Wharf and can be reached on foot. The only drawback is that the parking is in the ba*****t. There is not much space and it is difficult to park.
