One of the worst hotel stays I've had in New Orleans.
There is a lot of confusion about the name of this place, it still has some signage that says Sexton, the door mats all say The Lola, and only on the entrance doors are the words Roami.
First of all, this is a No Service hotel, there are no staff at the counter any time during the day. The instructions they email you a day before your stay says there is a "virtual concierge" at the front desk, if there was one, it did not work. The number they have you call, you have to leave a voicemail. There is no housekeeping service at all, I had to chase down a houskeeper for towels for my 4 night stay. Their "valet service" is contracted through a local garage, I was told to wait 45 minutes - 1 hour or park myself.
There are no food/drink vending or ice machines on this property at all.
This property is not handicap accessible. The only entrance has stairs to the lobby, there is/was a lift, but it is broken. Be prepared to haul your luggage up steps.
The overall property looks ok, pretty well kept. They have a bar in the lobby, for what purpose, I do not know, it's not stocked/staffed or open.
The room I was in looked nothing like the photos posted. These must be suite rooms. My room was a studio with a divider for the "bathroom" area. Everything in this room looked like it was supposed to be boutique, but was all older and damaged. There was dried blood on the wall, and leftover items from a previous guest.
