Vallet parking is great, they will grab sunglasses out of your car for you if needed, and always polite and helpful. Walking distance of Bourbon street, great time.

My grandmother have chosen to stay here at least once or twice a year since 2014. We love it. The lobby is great and so are the staff. However, the beds are seriously awful. We leave with sores on our backs and sore muscles from the awful mattresses.

Perfect location. Recently renovated. Stayed during Mardi Gras and if we ever go back to New Orleans I would stay here again.

Good location to dining. Hyatt not at the same level as others. No glasses in the rooms. Broken shower taps.

Most plugs and charging ports didn’t work. Broken outlets. Shower that didn’t work right. And the coffee cups they provided were so cheap and thin that I got a solid second degree burn that is still there a week later. The bellhop staff were exceptionally nice but the high pressure sales by a concierge was gross. Room was really big though.

Amazing staff! We were welcomed right away and everyone was very helpful. Room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable.
