Good value for money, but the sink was jammed by housekeeping, and not even an apology was offered by the reception. Awful service. Air conditioning would turn off every hour as well, and the fridge made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep

The hotel's location is excellent, specifically in the Hauts-de-Seine area, which is very clean and tidy. It's also very close to the metro station. Housekeeping is provided daily, and both the cleanliness and facilities are very good. This hotel offers great value for money.

Nice room with a nice view in a 1 min walk from the metro station, cross the bridge and you are in La Defance business area. Perfect location for business traveller like me. It was unpleasant surprise that the table was a bit broken and I was afraid to put my laptop on it to work, very unstable (see the picture). The receptionist couldn’t find my reservation so I had to prove that I had one, but it’s ok, finally I got the room. Though a little smile on his face wouldn’t hurt.

My stay at Le Bon Hotel was very disappointing. The room had broken floor tiles, trash on the floor, black spots on pillowcases, and shoe marks on the tiles. The air conditioning didn’t work, making it uncomfortable. The area is safe and quiet, but that’s not enough to make up for the poor conditions. Choose another hotel in the same area should be a better idea.

The hotel is located very close to metro station and bus station.

The lift to my floor was not working. The heating in my room was not working. Room was tiny and staff not helpful. If those things were fixed I could consider returning because location was good.

Stayed in September, the staff is extremely friendly but the hotel is a little run down. No sound insulation whatsoever, you can hear your neighbours and footsteps from the floor above. Would not recommend for light sleepers. The shower head also sprays everywhere so your bathroom floor will be wet your entire stay.

The room is extremely small. But the bathroom very nice. The bed is comfortable, fine for one person. The breakfast plentiful, but the dirthy plates are left on tables.

It's a comfortable stay and well located.

This hotel is highly misleading and far below expectations. We arrived early and were refused the luggage storage service that was clearly promised on the booking site. The staff gave vague excuses and left us carrying heavy bags around for hours. There is no real 24-hour reception – at night, no one was available at the front desk, which raises serious safety concerns. The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, with poor lighting and dated facilities. This is not a 4-star experience, and the price is totally unjustified. I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you value comfort and honest service.

When I just arrived, they provide me a card for one room, and when I tried to enter, there was some nude person on the bed. When I complaint to reception, they told me that they made a mistake, and that they will give me another room. Furthermore, room had a strange smell when entering for the first time, and it didn't look clean, especially the curtains and under the bed. Room (as usual in Paris) is really small, but bathroom was clean and correct size. Breakfast was in the underground floor, and it has limited food options with not the best quality (definitely overpriced!!! I recommend not to take it and just buy some croissants and coffee from any nearby bakery).

The room was very clean and cozy. It was close to the metro and bus stations. The staff were really helpful, friendly and warm. Considering the price,it was excellent in general.

Location is amazing and the area is beautiful. The hotel is very clean. The only thing I didn't like is there was no verity option for breakfast, but overall, it was very good.
