All good

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station, just a two-minute walk away. The surrounding area is very quiet, but I don't know where the ants appeared🐜 The breakfast variety is quite rich and the taste is also good

Although the room is small, it is warm and cozy. There is a small balcony where you can drink tea and feel the different sky and air of Paris. If you can see the impression of the building opposite, it feels very Parisian.

Entrance too narrow, border difficult to spot, stairs too narrow - in addition, elevator broken and not repaired however my stay. Fairly small room, average cleaning. Kind personal. Simple breakfast, with few fresh items.

The Hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from the La Défense district. Pont de Neuilly Metro Station is less than 100 meters away. Direct line to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. Small downside in the room, the plumbing pipes make noise. This is disturbing when sleeping! I couldn't sleep because of it. The breakfast (buffet) is very basic. You may be short of choices if you're a late riser... Welcome and friendliness of the staff. TOP. A+++

The road ahead is inaccessible. The hotel entrance is very small. The room was also very small. There wasn't even a place to spread out the luggage. It was ok for just one night. Catch a flight early in the morning.

Very small room and hygiene that seriously leaves something to be desired: I found pieces of nails on the carpet next to the bed and in the sink, limescale on the tap, damaged walls, a broken cupboard window, a partially torn socket in the bathroom, the decor and installations are shabby, the bath towels have been washed but have residual stains, in short it doesn't look clean at all!!! I almost turned around, fortunately the sheets were still clean, I had paid half price for the room and above all, I was only there for 2 nights for a business trip. We came close to scandal!!! Also, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed and close to a fire, so we spend the night hearing vehicles braking and restarting then from 7:00 a.m./7:30 a.m., it is the construction machinery that takes over (and yes , there is work nearby!). In short, run away! I won't come back that's for sure!!

I never give bad reviews, but in this case, I just want to spare someone from making this mistake. This place is a dive. Reminded us of an old ******* or something. The front counter folks were not overly welcoming or friendly, for starters. Also, our bathroom had several big strands of hair on the floor, and did not seem very clean. The carpets are old and stained. The bathrooms are tiny and do not have room to store many things. The room was small, which would be ok if it was also cozy, but it wasn’t. The lighting was bad, the view was non-existent, and the floors were so strange. We stayed on the second floor. There was a working elevator, but once you get up there, you have to go up and down several platforms and steps as you move through the halls. It’s so inconvenient and weird. The lights would automatically cut on from hall to hall as you walk through, but were a tacky red color. The bed was not comfortable, the upstairs neighbors were loud and stomped around a lot, and I swear I kept hearing something in the walls…. I don’t even want to speculate about what it was. The climate control in our room was good, there was a working safe, and a poorly working refrigerator. The hair dryer worked nicely, even though the plug in outlet was situated oddly behind a mirror. I feel like they should rate this as a two star hotel, as it is in poor condition. One positive thing was that the location is near a train station, and that was helpful.
