Fantastic stay. Lovely setting. Very tidy. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Jamie was excellent in his services. Nice breakfast in the morning. The refills on tea were very generous. View out of the room facing the pub was beautiful. Overall very relaxing.

This place! So cosy, welcoming and warm. The bedrooms are fabulous, there's nothing the owners haven't thought of to make your feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast is so delicious, with lots of choice. It's in a beautiful part of Norfolk, in a quiet little village where everyone says hello. Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Couldn't recommend more.

Booked this 3 day break on the good reviews regarding excellent breakfast, Unfortunately that was not in my experience breakfast was poor and on the third day scrambled eggs were made with cheese very sickly .also stable 2 the beam is so low you just you just duck are your just crack your head on it . I personally was very disappointed 😞

Excellent 3 night stay. The attention to detail in the comfort and rooms is second to none. Plenty of breakfast choice for all tastes. We know the area well and it was central in the Norfolk Broads for reaching all places to explore and plenty of good walks, pubs, restaurants all nearby. A shared fridge and microwave are provided for use along with a shelf of sweet treats. We travelled with our bikes and all the cycling around was flat and easy for recreational riders. We will be returning and thank you to our host and hostess.

Great stay 2 night stay. Good accommodation and excellent breakfast choices. Convenient location for getting places. Very easy to book. Very welcoming hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in the area.

What a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful. Jamie and Mary very friendly nothing to much trouble. Lovely breakfast. Lounge to sit in with homemade cakes. The pub opposite nice for a meal. All in all a very relaxing couple of days.

So many good things about staying here, hard to know where to start. Start with the best, the breakfast, - possibly the best cooked breakfast I have ever had, quality ingredients and beautifully cooked, and in a lovely dining room. Then there was the upstairs lounge, a great place to relax. Then the bedroom, spotlessly clean, and the bed was warm and really comfortable. It had a large, well fitted ensuite, (but just a minor ******, I didn't like the step down, - easy to forget in the night). Then the owners who were lovely friendly people, and definitely went the extra mile to ensure you had a good stay. Lots of thoughtful touches, including provision of a fridge, plates and cutlery in the guest lounge, and a book giving the owner's suggestions for places to visit and eat. Location is perfect too, in a lovely quiet village but with community shop opposite, and a nice pub on the doorstep which served great food, and had excellent service. It is also very well positioned for visiting the broads and coast. There was one tiny ****** however, there is a low doorway between the dining room and stairs and I managed to bang my head on it twice. My fault, as I was warned on arrival and there was a notice above the door, but I felt it needed perhaps a more visible warning. The ****** apart, this was absolutely a 5 star experience, and we loved our time there. We'll be back. 😊

Had a 3 night stay in room 3 Beautiful room with tea and coffee making facilities and lots of nice extras Stunning bathroom with lovely natural bathing products and lotions that can be purchased on site. Great idea. Communal sitting area great for early risers or night owls also with a fridge The hot tub is a good addition Breakfast is the best I have ever had anywhere. Great pub next door. ( not noisy) Really nice village with a well stocked shop over the road Really enjoyed our stay. Also thanks to Laura who serves breakfast.

Ye Olde Saddlery is a fabulous place to stay. Our room, Stable 1, was tastefully decorated and was very comfortable and spacious. If you want a very quite night's sleep then this is the place for you. In addition. Ye Olde Saddlery is located close to all the interesting places in the Broads such as Horsey Gap for the seals, Horning for lovely places to eat and the wonderful Southern Comfort Mississippi Paddle Boat tour of the Broads and of course Wroxham. A really lovely touch is the cakes provided fresh each day to have with your afternoon tea together with a selection of children's sweets and a lounge area full of books to read. A nice touch is a book with helpful advice about what you should do and see in the Broads. Mary, Jamie and staff make you very welcome.
