Excellent ambiance with lots of flowering plants around,nicely located on the highway.Good food in the restaurant as well as in the rooms. Lots of space for walking and parking vehicles.Service personnel are very cordial and helpful.Had a wonderful stay from 17th 20th Jan 24

Short stay booked to attend a wedding function as location is ideal if travelling around. We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Was raised with the staff but no one fixed during the stay which wasn’t ideal. Food options limited with water and hot drinks only offered (no soft drinks).

Hotel near main road were noise, hotel dogs barking at night . Breakfast very limited choice
Hotel need updating. Mothball in bathrooms not very nice smell. Have to run tap for 10 minutes to get hot water. Upgrading my room for Deluxe to Presidential as bed looked dirty at extra cost. Wouldn't choose this hotel again.

We had booked 2 presidential suites for 2 families as we had our grand children with us. This was for 2 nights which was 30/04/2022 and 1/05/2022. The NIGH**ARE started the moment we reached the hotel which was around noon. No food, no staff barring a receptionist and one lone lady helper. We had to leave the luggage behind and go out for food in the scorching heat. When we came back and went to the room the A/c was not working at all in one of the so called suite.hot water kettle too not working. We had to again go out for tea and milk as we had our grandchildren with us. In the evening when we came back there were around 7-8 dogs to greet us. As the ladies stared shouting the receptionist came out and the dogs went off. They served dinner at night which was at 10.00 pm and beyond. We checked out the very next morning without breakfast as we did not have further patience.
