This room is a huge step down from the deluxe room. It fronts a noisy street. Small television that doesn’t work and it is next to a room that one of the staff uses and he watched tv at top volume much of the day and till near midnight. If you do stay here because it is close to the train station then get the deluxe room that has its own bathroom.

I booked the room with a private bathroom for two nights and it was a good no frills room. I booked an extra night in a room with the external bathroom and it was terrible. As it was facing the street and the tv did not work. The strange thing about it was the deluxe room with the private bathroom was roughly the same money as the room with the external bathroom.

I had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.

Hi there, I spent two days at this hotel, and really liked the place. This is a nice, simple hotel near the railway station with all the facilities. I would say it is a hostel rather than a hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby. The kind of hotel to sleep over for a couple of days. The downside of the hotel is the dirty street where the hotel is located and the number of homeless people stunning, but for travelers who like extreme, it is the ideal place.

It was a nice place, but it was very hard to find owner or someone to speak to or ask about something. Must ask for wi-fi password, supose to be seen on the wall. Pillows very small and hard. Overall, nice place for this price but without “ wow” effect.

A hotel worth more than 400 yuan doesn’t even have a bathroom! It's not even as good as a guest house that is 80 yuan behind the county. Maybe the front desk guy has suffered setbacks in his work life and his attitude is extremely bad, as if a customer bothered him and owed him money that he hasn't paid back for several years. This is a hotel that is not recommended for both software and hardware.

The bathroom and toilet were shared, which was a pain. Check-in was difficult.

The location of the hotel is good (close to all kinds of shops and has many transport options), but the area does not seem very safe. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I recommend!

If you need a room near Naples train station and not expensive - this is a great option! Everything you need is there and everything is nearby

The room and cleanliness were ok, but a few downsides were: the room smelled like cigarettes, the shower flooded a little bit, and the only toiletry provided was hand soap. The location is good, being less than a 5-minute walk far from the train/subway station, although the area can be really noisy and busy.

Very convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. Rppm was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily The stairs are a killer but I'm an overweight 50+ smoker. My only complaint was the bed was VERY firm, too firm for me personally. If you sleep on your side and have large hips, your hips will end up feeling bruised. After spending my days doing a lot of walking, it would have been better to have comfy bed and a decent nights sleep.7/10

It has been updated and the shower works well. Really close to the metro and train station.

2 minutes walk from main rail station it’s ideal for those wishing to stay for short while. Basic but cleaned every day & secure. My room had small balcony. Great vfm
