A very good trip👍The hotel is right by the sea, 5 minutes walk from the aquarium, the room is clean and tidy, with a kitchen, I booked a room with breakfast, and there is a large depar**ent store behind the hotel, the satisfaction level is 5 points

We absolutely love this beautiful motel. We arrived a little early after a drive from Taupo. The owner greeted us and let us park our car and suggested a cute little coffee shop while we waited. The room was amazing and we loved the art deco style. This motel is a total gem and highly recommended. One of the highlights of our North Island road trip

Our host could not have been more helpful or friendly and the room was excellent with great facilities.
Everything was very clean and the Spa was lovely to relax in after a day of exploring in Napier.

The hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Close to everything. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel facilities are perfect. The decor is beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay: stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer. The hotel is excellent and I will stay there every time I return to Napier. I highly recommend it, you'll love it.

Our accommodation was a penthouse apar**ent.
Friendliness and welcoming at reception, on checking in, showed us around the accommodation, which is just an extra touch that normally doesn't happen these days. Apar**ent very clean, spacious and good quality utensils etc. Very quiet and walking distance to city center.
We have no hesitation in staying there again and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Napier.

Love the size with only 11 units means has a more personalized feeling to stays. Staff are friendly and professional, look happy. Owners and their managers are hands on. Walking distance to CBD shopping and eating places. Most rooms have ocean views.
