服氣了，真的，提前聯繫要安靜的房間，結果大早上就被裝修吵醒，説前台有提示，網站預訂的時候也沒有提示，我匆忙入住酒店我能注意，前台是沒有服務員不會提醒嘛，怪我自己沒看啊，這是做酒店的服務態度，之前覺得挺好的，現在失望至極，真的，態度**了，想到再入住一次吧，結果訊息還虛假的，也不知道放上去的時候有沒有審核，難道要顧客替你們審核啊

攜程顯示無煙，安排的一股臭煙味，且沒有介紹裝修，早上7點就噪音裝修，沒有毛巾，整體感受特別差，攜程不給任何處理方案。不建議住。

一開門走進去是一間沒有打掃過的房間，讓人一下子心情就非常不美麗，後來去前台又換了一間其他的房間，酒店也沒做出什麼補償措施
水管還總有一些聲音，很嘈雜，反正下次不會再住了，也跟我同學説了避雷這家酒店（／_＼）

和這個酒店前台很難溝通，我預訂3天的房間，房卡每天都是給我衹刷一天的，衞生也不打掃，一個勁的和我説別人都不要打掃怎樣怎樣的，我房間是別人住還是我住？退房就打掃，續住就打掃，像這樣預訂3天就不管了？最後投訴到了攜程，才給我換的房，我要是不投訴，就直接不解決了
