Friendly, safe, quiet, clean, well appointed, good facilities.
Only quibbles are they need thicker curtains or blinds in the main living area for the pull down sofa bed and separate switching for the main and side lights would have been good. Minor stuff though.

Horrible company! We booked and nobody was there at the reception when we arrived. We were totally stranded. We had to book another hotel. We called and emailed them for help, but there was nobody answered the phone or emailed us back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room not very large but sufficient for 2. Very clean. The only downside was the VMC which made a lot of noise and could not be stopped. We found a trick to reduce the noise (thanks to the cushions). Very good location, near good restaurants and close to the center on foot.

Good stay, warm welcome, clean establishment. Small downside: the light which stays on all night and the corridor which resonates a little. Otherwise the bedding is good and the area is quiet. The hotel is well located, close to the tramway.
