The hygiene is extremely poor. When I was washing up, I opened the toothbrush box and saw that there was still a lot of water in the used condom packaging. I was disgusted when I saw it. Then I complained to the manager and several people came to the room. "They had a very bad attitude and said they would call the police. They had a hygiene video record and said that this might be a criminal case." They said it was impossible to happen without clarifying the matter! That's fine. We waited for their reply in the room for a long time, but they didn't come to reply in person. Instead, we received a call from the customer service saying that the manager gave us a 50% discount coupon. This made people angry. It was really uncomfortable to use a 50% discount coupon to get rid of such a serious matter without solving it in person. We complained directly to the relevant depar**ents. Then the managers heard that we were going to call the police and complain to the relevant depar**ents, so they came to our room to apologize and request to cancel the complaint! This is really a serious management problem in hotel training and hygiene! This is really not a trivial matter. Who can guarantee that these used things have any safety hazards? It makes people very uncomfortable! I also hope that Ctrip has a certain mechanism for assessment and constraints on merchants on the platform.

The hotel is very clean and the washing and drying equipment is also very useful. There are many delicious food, massage and KTV downstairs which are very convenient. I will come back next time
