酒店幹是新裝修的，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應。我們是一家人出來玩 酒店給我們升級了房型，看我們有小朋友還給我們配了個小童護欄，真的很貼心！真的感覺物超所值了，強烈推薦！

問前台早餐牛奶是鮮奶還是奶粉，前台工作人員回答是鮮奶，結果第二天早上去餐廳用早餐發現是奶粉，房間裏發現蟑螂，作為一個酒店帶孩子出門有蟑螂，有蚊子🦟太受罪了，尤其是蟑螂，衞生太差了，還在牙刷上爬來爬去的

當時剛到南寧想找個鐘點房洗漱一下，打車過來這個酒店，水流挺大的，水温也不錯，房間衞生也還可以。對比了一下性價比尊嘟不錯！！前台小姐姐也很好。服務態度不錯的！

酒店就在南寧動物園附近還是挺方便的，前台還給我們免費升級了房間，一家人安排到了同一樓層很方便很貼心。停車場晚上還有工作人員幫忙指導停車，服務非常好。房間也乾淨整潔的，一樓還有小孩子遊玩的地方，整體還是很滿意。

設施：都很新，枕頭還有軟硬兩種，空調需要提前開散個味。
衞生：很乾凈，杯子都給的一次性。
環境：臨近動物園，位置在巷內，開車需要進小巷子，有停車場。
服務：前台服務很好👌🏻

服務非常好，去早了暫時滿房不能入住耽擱了一小會，給升了房型。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，有兩種枕頭可以選，衞生間設施很完善。入住體驗整體來説非常不錯。

酒店真的很好，設施啥的服務啥的真的很到位，位置雖然偏了點，但是真的很好，很有性價比，前台很有禮貌，服務也很好，酒店走廊也很香，而且還很貼心的有小機器人，那個一樓大廳電梯旁邊還有附近經典交通的介紹小紙條
