This hotel is very close to the train station and is very easy to find and convenient! The room environment is particularly clean and tidy. The key is that the bed is particularly comfortable. After a few days of tiredness, I can finally sleep comfortably! The front desk service was particularly warm. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning to check in. There are so many Vienna hotels across the country, but the service attitude of this one in Nanning is the best I have ever seen. Next time I come to Nanning, I will stay in this Vienna hotel, it feels like home.

Very convenient location close to shops and night market. Has everything you need. However, I really dislike that after I told the hotel not to enter my room or change the towels and they still did that even after confirming they wouldn’t- not only was it environmental unfriendly to change all the towels after one use, but since the room has no cameras I don’t want to risk losing anything - after they entered, the staff even opened the window (with no frame where people can climb in and I can climb to the tenant next door)!!! That’s not acceptable.

Parking is easy. The toilet is equipped with a sensor light, which makes it convenient for people to go to the toilet at night when the light is on. The waiters have a good sense of service and will take the initiative to press the elevator button for you. When I opened the window at night, the window handle broke and almost fell. I reacted quickly and caught it, which made me break out in a cold sweat. I informed the front desk of the situation that night, but when I left on the third day, they didn't come to fix it.

Top notch 5 star hotel with excellent location with good spread of breakfast both with Chinese and western selection . Room is clean with comfortable bed . Marriott is still a trusted brand all these years although they have been around for a while in nanning .

Excellent place to stay. Location is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Very patient in answering all our questions about going to places in Nanning. Hotel also provided drinks, milk and foot soaks daily. Staff in lobby lent us umbrella when there is rain and even helped to receive our online shopping. All our needs were met even unusual requests to store food we wanted to bring back in their fridge. Feels like home, highly recommended.

Given that this hotel is at the station, is a very positive point especially after a long trip. The hotel is a bit like a rabbit warren, rooms without windows as it is underground but it was clean and the room was big. The shower was delightful after sitting for so long. There are no other iminities and we had to leave without breakfast, even though it is included in the room rate. The name on the building is Gely, given the difficulty of saying the letter, r.

The hotel has its own parking lot, free parking, and the guest service manager Xiao Qun is very attentive. When he saw me bringing my children to stay, he took the initiative to send children's toiletries and towels, and helped us upgrade the room! The garden leads directly to the riverside, which is also very convenient to go to the riverside for a walk in the evening. The gym is free all day, and the room is quite large and light luxury, but it seems that the TV can't be projected. You can see the Yongjiang River and the sunset from the balcony of the room! The hotel also has an exclusive corridor that directly leads to the third-floor Wanda Mao Shopping Mall. There are several children's playgrounds in the mall, where you can buy clothes and eat snacks. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiaoqun for replying to my message in time at midnight and sending a lot of clothes drying racks to the room, which saved my mother's obsessive-compulsive disorder! The security guard at the swimming pool saw that the child forgot to bring a swimming cap and enthusiastically lent us a Spiderman swimming cap, which saved my mother from the embarrassment of having to go back to the room. The location of this hotel is very good. Near to the airport and great for those to need to catch flight early in the morning. The price is very reasonable and the room is very clean and nice as well.
