It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

When he opened the sheets, he saw that it looked like a desk turned upside down on the floor, with a mattress stacked on top. It really shocked me. Very scary. The girl at the front desk was nice and helpful in storing food. Parking is easy. Summary: More than 300 is acceptable, but more than 600 feels a bit taken advantage of, hahahahaha

I am still grateful for this wise decision. Location: At the entrance of Jiuhuashan Park, fully covered by subways and buses. The only drawback is that there are few delicious food around. Service: This is what I am most satisfied with. Because I have children, the store prepared an extra set of dental kits and quilts. They also tried their best to meet our requirements. They also had a great attitude and made us feel at home. Facilities: The indoor facilities are all well-known household brands, bathroom ware from Wrigley and TOTO, heating cups from Zojirushi, TVs from Sharp...the cleaning is also very timely. Meal: Breakfast surprised me. It is very cost-effective. Wontons, burritos, duck blood vermicelli, salted duck, fried rice, juice, fresh fruits...nothing was too bad. Comfortable, sizeable room located close to old town and near the conference I was attending. Staff was efficient and kind (although needed a little help checking in passport-holding guests). To be fair, I believe the room came with a warning, but there is absolutely NO soundproofing and we could easily hear neighbors and people in the hallway, so bring earplugs if you need silence to sleep. Beds are on the harder side (normal for China). Breakfast is standard Chinese, which I personally enjoy, but others may not.
