房間一股味道 床單被子枕頭有類似鞋印的臟污 被套潮濕 明顯是上一個客人用完之後沒有換被子噴了點水重新鋪的 還有未處理乾淨的毛髮 泡湯的池子沒有消毒清洗 放了水之後飄起類似腳皮的懸浮物以及頭髮

位置：開在老小區裏面，出來酒店就是小區裏的垃圾站。
衞生：蠻差的，600塊的民俗，池子旁邊有煙頭，衞生間地上有很多頭髮，枕頭床單上有污漬，老闆説洗了，但實在是沒洗乾淨，換了一床也有污漬，蠻離譜的。因為在一樓本身就很潮濕，再還有個池子放温泉，就更潮了。真的沒認真打掃，慎選。
設施：空調不熱，兩個空調開到最高還是冷，半夜冷醒了，南京這幾天温度已經非常回升了，就這晚上還這麼冷。温泉池，就是個石頭砌的池子然後自己放水，碳酸要喊老闆才能放，一次20分鐘，很麻煩。
環境：表面看着還行，再一看全是問題。衞生間全是頂燈沒辦法化粧。
服務：一個打掃阿姨，服務跟兩百塊民宿一樣。六百的服務真是沒看出來。
花築之前住過雲南的覺得還可以像酒店水準，結果這次定了酒店價格的，搞的像兩百塊民宿似的。太垃圾了。

房間空間比較大，床很舒服，去哪都很方便。面試前一晚在這裏泡澡，神清氣爽，第二天發揮的很好，挺滿意。

降温天來南京，就是想找個有浴缸的房間，這家店還號稱温泉私湯，就來了。其實就是個大號的浴缸，哈哈。居民區裏一樓，本來以為會吵，但其實還好。配了衹能聲控系統，挺方便的。不過有兩個小問題，1、枕頭上有好多毛絮，丟丟噁心，有點懷疑枕頭套沒有換過。2、沒有掛長衣服的地方，櫃子裏有衣架，可是本來就是小櫃子，還放了被子，外套不知道該掛在哪裡。希望店家改進。
