A fabulous stay! We took our daughter and went with another couple and their son for a short getaway. The location and amenities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall we had a very pleasant time and hope to go back.

We really enjoyed live there. First we were little surprise that personal hosted manager introduce us every thing which might be interested to us. He is a very warm and kind person. When we asked him about a museum. He used his own break time to get all information we need. We highly recommend this RitzCarlton. The executive lounge is also great，food and view. Services were excellent.

Key highlights: - location! Right next to Deji Plaza which has a wide selection of shops and restaurants and is even connected to the Xinjiekou subway stop - great service. Felt attended to and everyone was polite and smiling.

This was my first stay at any Ritz-Carlton property, and it was a wonderful experience. I fully expected the facilities to be stylish, and comfortable, which they were, but what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. Any member of the R-C team I encountered went out of their way to be pleasant and make me and my friends feel welcome. From the reception staff, to the staff in restaurant Lavendula, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit and know that I will encounter the same wonderful staff. The location is perfect, the views incredible, the food delicious, and the people, perfect. Thank you.

The best Ritz-Carlton Hotel in China! The best view: A bird's eye view of Xuanwu Lake Jiming Temple, the daytime and night views are the best in Nanjing; The best location: Nanjing's most prosperous Deji Plaza is just downstairs from the hotel, the owner is Deji Group, and the hotel's proprietress is Fan Bingbing; The best service The staff quality and service details are the best in Nanjing, the dishes are first-class, the design of the two Chinese restaurants is invincible, and the executive floor has champagne and Spanish 5J ham to drink and eat! The art collection is the best in China, and the hotel's art display is all works by big names!

After two nights of checking in, Nanjing Ritz is indeed worthy of its reputation as the "ceiling" ~ The executive lounge offers five meals a day, 5J ham and honeydew melon, and duck blood vermicelli are must-eats!

Very good stay experience! I have stayed in many Ritz hotels, and Nanjing Ritz may be one of the best. The decoration of Ritz is still classical and luxurious. The hotel feels quite new and good. The receptionist on the 38th floor was very enthusiastic and arranged the room very efficiently. The view from the 47th floor can overlook Nanjing City, which is very spectacular, and the Yangtze River in the distance is clearly visible. Below the hotel is Deji Plaza, which has many big brands and is very convenient for shopping. Walking along Changjiang Road, you can reach the entrance of the Presidential Palace in less than 20 minutes, and it only takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to Confucius Temple. By the way, the pasta in the lobby bar is good and worth recommending! The breakfast style is very complete, but I really can't eat too much, so I only picked a few, which is still good! Overall, it is highly recommended! ~

The hotel is in a very good location, with direct access to Deji, comfortable floor height and lighting, and the swimming pool looks good, but I didn't have time to swim. The amenities are Diptyque Fig, and the toilet is TOTO Washlet. However, as a top luxury new hotel in Nanjing in 2020, the shower and hair dryer are badly rated, at least they should be Hansgrohe and Dyson, right? The mini bar is also fully charged? ! Finally, I strongly recommend Pining Mansion on the 39th floor, every dish is delicious!

The lake view room has a great view, overlooking Xuanwu Lake and Jiming Temple. Shopping is convenient, and the hotel is directly connected to Deji Plaza. The hotel is very nice from the doorman to the front desk to the dining room to the guest room. The hotel interior and configuration are very colorful. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will still choose Ritz-Carlton.

Nanjing, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, is definitely my first choice for a 🈶🌰 place to stay in during off-peak travel. The experience of this stay was as good as always, except that the breakfast in the executive lounge was a little limited, but everything else was OK. It can be delivered within 3 kilometers of the surrounding area, and there are many delicious foods around. Deji is downstairs. When you don't want to go out, shopping in the mall is also considered a city walk.

I love Nanjing, I love Nanjing Ritz-Carlton, the service is so thoughtful, we also gave afternoon tea upon check-in, small cakes in the evening, and sleep masks every night! I will come again!
