Celebrity City Hotel Nanjing

This was the worst hotel experience ever. I've never seen such a dirty and messy hotel. The entire place reeked of mold and cigarette smoke. The facilities were old and the room wasn't properly cleaned. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been replaced or cleaned in 20 years, with stains everywhere. The bathroom was damaged and the drain was covered in rust... It's simply not a place fit for humans to stay!

An older hotel, but the views from the higher floors are great. Breakfast is good. Recommended for the price.

Service: The room service staff and front desk were quick to resolve issues. However, it's not ideal for ordering takeout. The hotel has many floors and rooms, but there's only one delivery robot, which is very inconvenient. Facilities: The TV wasn't working, no signal, and the overall style felt old-fashioned. Cleanliness: Generally good. Environment: The large windows offered a great view. Celebrity-endorsed souvenir: A stationery blind box.

The room was on a high floor, offering a great view. The breakfast spread was quite generous. The subway is right next door, making transportation very convenient. The service was excellent too; they were always very responsive to our requests.

Highly recommend! The front desk and room service staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is great, and the room cleanliness was good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, making it excellent value for money.

The room was great, it's an old, well-established star-rated hotel right in the city center. The transportation is convenient, and the breakfast was good too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nanjing. The only downside is that the elevators are a bit slow, and I had to wait quite a while to get to the underground P3 parking.

It was okay. Hygiene: A bit poor. I didn't look closely, but I did spot some hair under the mattress. Otherwise, no issues. Facilities: A bit old, but acceptable for the price. Ambiance: Good, upscale and classy. Service: Fine.

Although this is a five-star hotel, the facilities are quite dated and don't meet five-star standards. The environment and hygiene are also just average, and I didn't experience the five-star service I expected. On the plus side, the hotel is very close to Nanjing University, within walking distance.

The room was quite clean and the mattress was really soft. The duck blood vermicelli at the breakfast buffet was delicious. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the subway, which is great!
