Just horrible. The reception is the living room of the Hotel owners, it takes forever to check-in foreigners, the rooms was dirty as we arrive, especially the toilet and the shower. We had to ask them to clean our room first. We even saw a cockroach one and the kitchen was just disgusting. It was advertised as a non-smoking room, but it definetly was a smoking room. We never got room service, after four days living we accumulated a lot of thrash, didn't get new towels and ran out of toilet paper. Sometimes at night people bang at doors? When we wanted to check out, the owners were not there. All in all it was just a horrible stay.

The staff were great and friendly, however when I arrived to book in, the hotel still had to clean my room. I believe my bed/room had bed bugs or ticks as I have red bite marks all over my body. If they improve their cleaning standards I would stay there again as the location and price were great.
