The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities.
Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh.
Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

Nice and clean hotel, location is very convenient for foods and only 900 m walk from the high speed train station

First off this isn’t a five star hotel, Trip.com five diamonds rating is misleading, it’s barely four star to be perfectly fair. There are mosquitoes in the room, room temperature is unpredictable. We have asked the front desk several times to make room temperature adjustment since it’s central controlled thermostat. Most of the time it’s too warm and they save electricity at the expense of guests not having pleasant experience.

Not a bad area. The pool was used for classes though which was annoying. Not enough room to swim in there at all.

Commented on my disappointment already few days ago. Unfortunately prepaid the hotel as otherwise wouldn’t have stayed a second time there. Very disappointing experience and a shame for a IHG member.
