Indigo Nanjing Garden Expo, an IHG Hotel

The environment is very good. It is good to spend a holiday in the Garden Expo without crowds during the New Year. The service is also great. Although the restaurant is not very big for breakfast, it is replenished quickly and everything is available.

The hotel environment is impeccable, the location is very good, there are shuttle buses to everywhere, and they thoughtfully upgraded us to a parent-child room. The children were very happy. In the evening, we were asked if there was any problem with our room. I didn’t have time to experience the hot springs and swimming pools, so it would be better if there was an indoor place for children to play!

Let’s talk about what we are satisfied with first: Selected Twin Rooms are upgraded to Selected Garden View Twin Rooms for free. The hotel is a garden-style house with few guest rooms, beautiful environment, strong sense of design and unique details, which is pleasing to the eye. The service staff are warm and friendly. Especially the bedding, I am very satisfied and it is very comfortable to sleep on! Can relax the whole body. The large rain shower in the bathroom is very comfortable. There is a coffee machine and the free coffee capsules are delicious. Automatic toilet seat heating is winter-friendly. I experienced it in the hotel restaurant in the morning, lunch and evening. The breakfast did not have an outstanding impression, and there was not much variety. The Chinese food for lunch was a la carte, and the dishes were exquisite and without fault. I ordered a Western set meal for two for dinner. I didn't expect that it was a double portion. It tasted pretty good. The steak was very thick and the presentation was exquisite. It was worth the price. I was quite impressed by this meal. The restaurant has an elegant environment, and the dining experience is good with fewer people at lunch and dinner. The hotel room was on the small side, which was beyond my expectation. It seemed full with an extra bed, which was slightly inferior compared to other hotels of the same type. There is no makeup mirror. The quality of disposable items such as toothbrushes and combs provided by the hotel is not consistent with the hotel facilities. The toothbrushes are not comfortable to use and the combs have burrs that can pierce the scalp and pull the hair. The number of steps taken in the Garden Expo every day is upwards of 10,000. At the end of the day, I am very tired and my whole body needs to relax. It's a pity that there is no massage spa anywhere. Maybe it’s because winter is approaching the New Year, the park is relatively desolate, and most restaurants are barely open. Eating is a problem. In short, the hotel experience is not bad. It would be better if the extended services could be expanded.

Exquisite and beautiful, the design is beautiful, and the night view of the garden is the highlight. A hotel worth staying in the Garden Expo. It's very close to the train, and there's a cuddling paradise nearby, which is great for parent-child travel. The swimming pool at Starlight Roof is also pretty good. The service is also good.
