the room itself was great, the outside noise was poorly insulated but still worth 5* for the price
but there is NO reception, just a locked front door and you're supposed to get the code and your room number in advance unlike what it says on the first picture, the second picture is from a booking for another place and correctly shows that self check-in is required

It was quite difficult to find (we only found it because of the surf board at the door). We were able to leave our luggage before check in time and the owner carried our bags up to our room for us. However, it was very cold when we came into the room as we visited in December and the heating took very long to get started (and even then it was still pretty cold)

Havent seen the owner, call him no pick up. Got password lock door, dont know how to check in. One person come and ask the deposit. Should not book here

The health and safety conditions were absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the towels, and the entire room had a terrible smell. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, making it uninhabitable. We decided not to stay even for a single night due to these issues. To make things worse, we did not receive any refund, despite not using the room at all. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability

The hygiene is average, and there are hairs on the sheets. This is a self-service check-in homestay, located at the innermost part of the community. I checked in at 11pm. There were no lights or road signs in the community at night, so I searched for a long time. It is recommended to add signboards. The facilities inside are quite complete and new. The price is acceptable near the subway entrance.

It's my first time in Nanjing. I feel that the hygiene and service attitude of this B&B are very good. If I can't find where the store is, the store manager will come to take me personally. Then I asked the store manager where there are fun places. The store manager recommended Yihe Road to me. It's really beautiful. When I returned to the B&B at night and lay on the mattress, I found that the mattress is really soft and comfortable. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will still choose this B&B. It's really amazing.
